The peace of the surrounding is broken only by the chirps of the exotic birds. Nestled amidst fields of alfalfa & barley, a 360degree view of the snow-capped Ladakh range. It's a tranquil location for solo traveler, family or a group. A 1 bedroom suite (with lobby) in the villa is offered for the guest (suitable for two persons).

15 kms from leh Airport. Located in a newly developing farm. You have all the peace and privacy you need with a vantage view of leh city from the property which is on the opposite side of river indus . It has a functional kitchen a fire pit and an outdoor bar. Travelling time from leh city to the property is 20-30 mins, depending on traffic. The property has a storage room cum indoor parking place for one car. It has a green house and a garden with plantation. It is still a work in progress.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups.
