Place was super cute and close to many, many things. Easy to get to and in and out of. Everything was well kept and clean. Host communicated fast and all instructions were simple and clear.

The specific instructions and helpful communication from the host made the stay very easy. Great location on the streetcar route made it easy to get to so many places downtown. Spacious living room and beautiful bathrooms!

Christine was remarkably responsive when we had questions or issues. The unit is cozy and well appointed. It felt like a nice HOME. This was our first real road trip with our young children and it was the perfect place for us. Peaceful, spacious, and full of any supplies needed. The three bedrooms gave us a lot of flexibility for where we put them. We put the kiddos and their pack-and-plays in the darkest room, which may have had the biggest bed, so my wife and shared a bed that might have been slightly small for us, but that's on us. Nevertheless, Kansas City has a lot of family friendly activities and we would count ourselves lucky if we were able to rent from Christine again.

Very clean, and a great location. It was great having the host's restaurant right next door, which has fabulous food for breakfast as well as dinner. plus they deliver.

Absolutely loved this place! It was exactly as described, and you can tell Chris put a lot of care and thought into every detail. The home was beautiful, full of charm and character. Whenever I had a question, Chris responded immediately, which made the stay even better. While it’s not within walking distance of shops or restaurants, the peaceful setting more than made up for it—and it was still close to everything we wanted to do. I’ll definitely be back!

Great little place, we were able to park are car in a parking garage down town and didn’t use it once. 10 min walk to T-Mobile center and with 15-20 mins of anything you’d want to do or eat at. If I ever have the opportunity to go to an event down there again will book again.

We have stayed here several times and have always enjoyed our stay. The place has always been clean and we will definitely stay again.

Pay attention to the parking situation. They’ve been very clear about it in several places but keep in mind it isnt handicap accessible and tricky with lots of luggage. The location and value are incredible! We walked to dinner and walked to English landing playground and loved it. The hosts are responsive and kind, they accommodated several things I asked for and were very understanding and lovely. Id stay here again, especially if for a short trip. It’s beautiful. And the nature preserve across the street was awesome too. Really cool place to stay

Holly's place is set up great for a family or large group with many amenities for children and sleeping arrangements! There is a little play space on the top floor that my boys thoroughly enjoyed. The neighborhood does feel a bit unsafe at times with the neighboring house being boarded up and people sleeping on the porch. We didn't have any issues with them and felt they were harmless but might be something to think about when considering booking.

We only stayed one night but it was so comfy and cozy!! Loved the little coffee shop down the road and I would definitely book again!

Patrick's place was well appointed, very quiet, and comfortable. We enjoyed the hot shower, comfy beds, and cleanliness of the place. it was very relaxing and the host was very responsive and communicative to ensure we had a nice, enjoyable stay. The house is in an older, established neighborhood and is updated to modern standards with an easy to use with an efficient heating and air conditioning system. The location provides easy access to the Gem Theatre and is an easy drive to the Country Club Plaza where shopping and eateries abound. We highly recommend Patrick's house for a good night's sleep and comfortable stay.

Jantina was an amazing host! She let us check in a little earlier than the check in time. Also, she responded within minutes when I asked her a question through the app. The house was better than the pictures! Definitely would stay here again

Our family all met in KC to celebrate Christmas. The house we originally booked 6 months ago had a plumbing issue and we couldn’t stay there. We had to scramble to find a place for 6 people for 3 nights during Christmas and it was 6:00pm. This place saved the day. The owner quickly responded to our reservation request and we were walking in the door 30 minutes later. It was comfortable for 6 of us and we were able to prepare some meals in the kitchen. Everything was clean and we felt safe walking and running in the area. Made for a great Christmas celebration with our family. Definitely recommend.

Melanie is a great host. Easy to communicate and always ready to help. She is awesome! The place is great for short and long term stays. It comes with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Location is good, easy access to main roads. Stores, markets and restaurants are near by. Neighborhood is safe, no concerns or issues. Assigned parking spot, washer/dryer, 2 floor unit with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, and a patio to chill makes this place great. I enjoyed staying here and recommend to anyone looking for a place in KC.

Neda was a fantastic host and was always quick to respond when I messaged. The condo was exactly as described and was the perfect location for a getaway in KC!!

This place is a great value for the money. Whole Foods, a coffee shop, restaurants all within walking distance. Clean, uncluttered house. Trenton reached out early and even gave us the option for a late checkout. There is a tenant upstairs and you can definitely hear footsteps, but you could expect that from a duplex. The traffic on the main street behind the house was a little noisy…again, that was to be expected and we still had a comfortable night. Fantastic location near the plaza with good food right around the corner. Would definitely stay again.

Jake’s place is an absolute gem- we fell in love with the exposed brick, plants, and in-floor lighting. The shower was AMAZING- huge, hot, deluge of water and steam. The kitchen was well-appointed with all the essentials, plus some Michelob Lights. We were impressed with the architecture of the historic building, and Jake said he had restored the interior himself- pulling horse-hair plaster off the walls! Also notable- I guess this is KC hospitality at its finest- Jake told us to leave the dishes, linens, etc, as they were- that he would take care of all of it. It was really nice to receive that level of service, which is unusual for my Airbnb experiences.

This place was perfect for our trip. The property was clean and super cute! Checking in and out was also easy, and the location is really convenient for getting around KC.

Our family (5 adults and a toddler) stayed at The Loft while attending a family wedding. We loved the location and the walkable area. There was so much going on in this cute town! Our favorite hangout was the huge window seat where we could look at the art deco Hall of Water and the people walking by!

We stayed here for 5 nights while in town for a conference and really enjoyed our stay. Great location and easy access to the KC street car. The home was spacious and had a very modern feel to it. Would absolutely stay here again!
