While we unfortunately had to cancel last minute due to circumstances beyond our control, Rob was very communicative from the beginning and provided great instructions on the property, parking, expectations and how to enter the residence. If I need another place to stay in the Crosslake Area, I will be looking to see if this property is available again before looking elsewhere!

Judith was very easy to work with and communication was fast. The bread from their farm is amazing. The place was nice and quiet when I was there. Tucked in the woods but right off of the main road. I needed to extend my stay and Judith was very accommodating. Would stay again!

We stayed here while on a business trip and so it was wonderful to come to this little hidden gem at the end of the day and listen to the frogs and watch the squirrels play. Would have probably been pretty decent fishing but I forgot my rod! The location of the home made you feel like you miles and miles from town, but really it's a really short drive to good coffee and great restaurants!

This was my third time staying at Maria's. My husband and I book it for the Ice Fishing Extravaganza and the place does not disappoint. We easily walk to nearby restaurants and can access the ice so easily. We love the space and how it has everything we need for a comfortable stay. Mom/Daughter weekend at Lower Sylvan Oasis was amazing! The lake home had everything we needed including beautiful views of the fall colors. The accommodations were as described and in excellent condition. The home was super clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again and recommend it to our friends and family. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. It was the perfect spot for our girls getaway.

My wife and I booked this home for ourselves and 5 other couples (12 people total) and we had a great time! There was plenty of space for us all, and it was the perfect place to connect with our friend group. The main living room was spacious and comfortable to fit all of us at one time. We spent most of our time cooking together, playing games, and doing some hiking in the surrounding area. This home definitely enhanced our great weekend :) The sauna and hot tub are also great amenities, so we always had something to do! Dan and Mona Jo were responsive hosts and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. We recommend booking this gem ASAP before somebody else does!

It was quite cold outside, which we expect in February, but cozy & warm inside! We really appreciated the responsiveness of our hosts, the extra attention to detail, and the nice fireplace!

I love the house, super spacious and private! I love that there’s two living spaces. My parents were able to relax upstairs while us girls were downstairs doing our own thing. I also like that we have our own individual bedrooms, beds are super comfortable as well. I would love to come again and stay longer. Thanks!

Stayed for a weekend. We loved how close it was to Breezy Point Resort restaurants/bars/coffee shop (we even walked it one night, 10mins or so). Great location from Crosslake Area and Nisswa/Brainerd area. We loved the inside space, so cozy and perfect for 2 of us. My husband used the hot tub 4 times so that was a big hit and awesome to have. The hosts were fantastic and responsive. Would definitely recommend staying here and we plan to come back in the future!

I cannot say enough about this beautiful home. It's absolutely gorgeous. The atmosphere is just peaceful, relaxing. The beds are extremely comfortable. Everything in her home is absolutely wonderful. If you're in the Brainerd area, this is the place to stay.

The house was beautiful and it was perfect for our family vacation, plenty of rooms and beds for my family of 10 (8 adults, 2 kids) to spread out! The rec room was a great place in the evening to hang out and play games. Walking distance to bar/ restaurant and a short drive to Gull Ski Hill for sledding or brainerd for a waterpark. Kerry went above and beyond in accommodating us, made special gift bags for my 2 grandkids and left us all special snacks! The house is fully stocked with literally everything you need and then some! Highly recommend a stay here! Thanks again Kerry you were amazing!

First class all around. I have stayed here two times for fishing trips. The instructions and rules are very-simple. Doyle very easy to get a hold of for any of our needs.
