Fishing enthusiasts have access to multiple free public boat launches throughout the area, within a 5-20 minute drive. A public beach and swimming area is also only 5 minutes away. Golf courses, restaurants and other amenities are easily accessible from the Saloon location. Larger groups can be accommodated with options of RV parking and/or tenting. Our 200 sqft rustic A-frame cabin on a 10 acre property with soaker tub, natural swimming pond and 2 excited off leash dogs. The cabin is in a private spot 150 feet from the main house, and a 300 foot walk from parking. Cabin features a double bed in the loft, and a convertible couch. Kitchen is fully functioning with fridge, stove, cookware, dishes, soap and linens. Water is a jug/bucket system. Toilet is a sawdust bucket composting toilet. Heated by wood stove. 25 minutes from Falcon Lake.
