We absolutely loved our stay at Micheal and boods accommodation. When you walk through the front door and see the spectacular views you are just blown away. Spacious amhouse with all amenities. 30 second walk to the beach, it’s practically on the beach. Kids loved it, shops and pub all very close. Great masseuse next door . Will defo return later this year. Thanks guys 5 stars

Ted's Rest was a step back to the 70's (era we were born!). Love those furnishings, lino, crockery, bathroom colours & tiles! It was a very comfortable place to stay; excellent beds & plenty of windows to open & let the sea breeze in. Although it is dated it is a very clean place to stay in. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony & watching the world go by or walking down to the nearby beach (so close) with our dogs. Everything was within walking distance. There are no curtains on the windows (except for a couple of roller shutters at the front); just scrims. Eye patches are good if you don't want to be awake at the crack of dawn!

We love staying at this beautiful seaside home. It’s clean and comfortable, with a completely uninterrupted view to the beach - as well as direct access. Walking distance to the Orion Cafe and Yanchep Lagoon. It was a perfect way to spend a relaxing long weekend with my family.

Felt right at home. My dog loved the front balcony, the lush grass and the beach being straight across the road. Was a great stay, would definitely stay again. Thanks again Maryanna.

Lovely place. 500m to the beach and 10 mins walk to a fab cafe which was dog friendly. Dog beach was 3 mins drive away. Highly recommend.

Big house perfect for larger groups. Nice quiet spot on the edge of town.

Thanks for such a wonderful stay! We really loved swimming in the pool and relaxing in the spa. The kids loved playing table tennis and board games when out of the water and there was so much to do. At the end of the day, we loved watching the sun set over the ocean from the balcony. I will be highly recommending Sovereign House to friends and family and feel so privileged to have had the opportunity to stay in such a wonderful home so close to beach. I have to say, it was better than a weekend at the Crown as it was beachfront, we had an indoor pool and spa and there was so much more to keep the kids entertained. Thanks again, Jas

Our stay was amazing, very relaxing and wished we had kept the extra night when we originally booked earlier in the year. We know for next time :) Amazing views from upstairs living from the dunes, the stars, the ocean with a little private island and the breathtaking Sunsets. My children loved the swimming pool :) thanks for letting us stay in this beautiful beachfront home :)

Our first time in Seabird and we had a lovely short stay in Antony holiday house. Walking distance down to the beach & tavern next door. Sunsets are beautiful. Antony was easy and helpful to communicate with. Would definitely stay again. Thankyou

Loved our stay as a family of 4. Amazing views and we loved sitting on the deck watching the boats coming and going. The apartment is long and spacious offering different zones. The location is so close to the shops and take away options. The 2 pubs are a close walk for dinner and you can’t beat the views while eating and overlooking Lancelin bay. Lancelin quad biking and sand surfing is also walking distance or a 2 minute drive. We stayed for 4 days and would highly recommend to others.

Great stay, plenty of room for a couple of families and having 3 bathrooms and 4 toilets is a real bonus

The place is in great location with spacious space for 5 of us. Kitchen has everything we need for cooking and the beach is just within 10 meters away. EV charging station is only 200 meters away which is great if you are using EV for your trip.

The Windsurfer House was in the best location in Lancelin for the beach and water sports. Nice walk into town as well as easy walk to the tavern. Fabulous view of the bay from the balcony and all the modern conveniences. Would recommend for a lovely stay in Lancelin.

This little vintage gem is opposite the beach and has all the charm of an old seaside cottage. It has lots of vintage touches plus some modern must-haves such as a comfortable bed and nice linen and super soft sofas for your afternoon siesta. The kitchen had an amazing array of pots, pans, dishes and utensils. It's all older/vintage style but you could cook up a storm if you wanted to.... there is a good sized dining table too. Lancelin is a great base for exploring the incredible beaches and inland attractions but honestly, we loved just sitting outside watching the windsurfers, kite surfers, and fishing boats going back and forth. There is no wifi or air con (but well designed for lots of through breezes) and we got good 5g when we needed it (and a digital detox is always a good thing! )There is excellent reading material too if you run out of your own! Would definitely stay again and wish we could have had longer...
