We loved the layout of the house and the area. Everything was as described and the host was very responsive whenever I had questions. The hot tub was clean and nice after long days of hiking. We would definitely stay here again or recommend to friends or anyone that was planning a trip to the area.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house is beautiful with lots of fun amenities - we especially loved the pool, hot tub and basketball! The neighborhood is so peaceful and it was really fun to see deer and turkeys outside! Jackie was super accommodating and even helped set up a birthday banner & snack surprise for my brother. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Absolutely beautiful home and perfect for oir group of 4 couples. Tracy is an awesome host who truly cares and provides excellent value in a rental. We'll be back!

We had so much fun staying here! It was so cute and they had everything that we needed. The house was very clean and the pool was so nice! We will definitely stay here again if we are ever back in the area!

We lucked out getting a great deal on this beautiful home in Powderhouse Pass! Close to Terry Peak ski area & also a short drive to Lead & Deadwood - there was never a lack of things for our families to do! The home itself is in a very nice, newer area. Lots of room for guests with large attached garage for those snowy days. The host was very quick to respond to all questions we had. There is a welcome book inside the home with lots of excellent information on the area & things to do. If you're someone who gets chilled easy, bring extra blankets (or take one of the upstairs bedrooms), as the (2) main floor bedrooms tend to be chilly at night (esp if the external temp is zero or below). We weren't able to utilize the community room/pool - although we attempted, there was a note on the door stating the pool was closed due to maintenance issues. We had checked the developments website prior to arrival & this was not mentioned anywhere. We would definitely recommend Trinity & her home!!

The house was beautiful and clean and in an excellent location, close to a grocery store, and the year round pool was so great! We loved that we could still swim outside with snow on the ground!

This beautiful home was perfect for our larger group! It had ample space to hang out and relax and we especially loved the spacious and numerous bathrooms that were very helpful as our group was getting ready for our nights out. The host was very friendly and all things about the home and experience exceeded our expectations. We would glad stay here again anytime we’re visit the Black Hills and I’d highly recommend this home for anyone looking to visit with a larger group!

We had a great stay - the creek right behind the house is beautiful and we really enjoyed walking around on the hillside behind the house (we found some great trails!). We had some technical difficulties getting into the house, but the hosts were quick to respond and resolve the problem, we would definitely stay again!

Loved my stay at Jamin & Jessica's place! Great location in Rapid City that is a quick drive to anything downtown, even a few hikes. Also loved proximity to nearly everything on my bucket list for the Black Hills. House was the perfect size and had everything I needed for a month-long stay: wifi worked great too for working from the house. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Nice Place, dog friendly which is what I look for, also dog "proof" did not have to worry about excessive stuff around the home, clean simple and worked well. I really enjoyed looking out to the south with the views of the hills, will be sad when the trees fill in won't be able to see as much, but don't let that change your mind. Great place, clean, easy to find and it is what they say it is. Thanks

We enjoyed our stay here. While it was mainly a home base while we explored the area, it definitely served its purpose and was comfortable to stay in. It was clean and spacious. The neighborhood was peaceful, but still close to the town. Raquel was quick with responses to our questions and proactive in reaching out about check in and check out. Also, check out was a breeze. The checklist was short and sweet, and I didn’t feel like I had to do half the cleaner’s jobs for them.

This was a very convenient place to stay with our two dogs. It was great to have a fenced in yard that felt really secure. It was obvious that the house is cleaned well between guests, we didn’t notice any pet hair or stains from previous stays. The neighborhood is nice and quiet.

This was our home base for 9 days while we explored all around the Black Hills and into Wyoming. The house was very comfortable for us , our friends who joined for the first few days, and our two pups. It was easy to find, easy to get into, and easy to feel right at home. Ryan’s recommendations for food did not disappoint. We were all craving a good steak dinner our first night there, so we decided to try Delmonico Grille. The food was amazing!!! We also ventured out and tried a couple places on our own. Ryan, if you haven’t been, you should go to these two places. Murphy’s Pub & Grille has a great atmosphere, and their bacon wrapped buffalo meatloaf is worth the trip! Next up is Neighbors Grub & Pub. Seriously, the best burger I’ve ever had!! All of Ryan’s suggestions for things to see were already on our list and were absolutely amazing!! This was definitely one of our most memorable vacations

Very helpful, friendly host. House was easy to get to & close to activities. Beds were very comfortable & house was very accommodating. Everything they said it was plus more. Enjoyable stay. Would highly recommend this home & the hosts.

Ginger's house was perfect for us! The place was very clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed, including plenty of spices—perfect if you plan to cook. We really enjoyed playing UNO together in the living room. The garage was spacious, and we had no trouble parking our car. We also took advantage of the washer and dryer to freshen up our clothes after a few days on the road. I highly recommend staying here!

There were two couples and a young adult. The biggest plus was the layout, with two bedrooms upstairs and one down for him. The game room was convenient extra space. Comfortable home, plenty of HOT water for 5 morning showers, EXCELLENT location for all of our touristy excursions. We were gone most of the time but when there, we enjoyed using the back deck. Great laundry room. Although, in a way it felt like we were visiting a relative's house. There were tubs in the closet of the room I was in, so suitcases could not be put away. It just seems like we were visiting in a place where people live. In other rentals we have used this was not the case. The home was relatively clean, but does need some deferred maintenance. All-in-all, though it was definitely worth the price and in a quiet neighborhood, so if it fits your needs, Book It!

We had a wonderful time. Mary's space had a great location. We were close to shops and restaurants. There was a park we could walk to. It was a good location in-between Badlands and Keystone. it was homey and it was easy to relax in after a long day of seeing the sights. I would definitely recommend to others and stay there again.
