Il dispose au premier niveau d’un grand séjour et d’une cuisine ouverte sur sa salle à manger. Deux chambres à l’étage avec chacune une fenêtre donnant dans la rue et une fenêtre supplémentaire sous le toit. Ce duplex peut accueillir jusqu’à 5 personnes avec un grand lit (160x200) dans l’une des chambres, 2 lits séparés (peuvent être rassemblés pour faire un grand lit 2x80 ou 160) dans l’autre chambre. 2 toilettes; un dans la salle de douche et un dans le couloir.
