soggiorno impeccabile posizione centralissima host reattivo, alloggio corrispondente a descrizioni e foto. è la seconda volta che alloggia in questa struttura che resta alla mia preferita a Pescasseroli 🤩🤩🤩🤩

Casa davvero bella, si è rivelata perfetta per il nostro gruppo. Stile rustico di montagna molto curato, con a disposizione tutto il necessario per sfruttare gli spazi; abbiamo goduto in particolare del giardino attrezzato grazie alle piacevolissime temperature nei giorni in cui abbiamo soggiornato, bellissima vista, privacy e pace. La posizione è eccellente per raggiungere con poca fatica i tantissimi luoghi da visitare nelle vicinanze, da Santo Stefano di Sessanio e Rocca Calascio, fino a Campo Imperatore, così come l'Aquila. Luigi e Antonia sono host attenti ai dettagli, super disponibili e velocissimi a rispondere ad ogni esigenza, ci hanno anche ben indirizzato per degli ottimi arrosticini, cotti al barbecue in giardino. STRACONSIGLIATO!

Piero was very responsive. The property was very well equipped and located on beautiful land - surrounded by vineyards and open space across a valley. It was centrally located for our daily trips around Umbria and surrounding regions. It was very easy to get there from Rome airport. Loved the ability to buy / taste their wine which was wonderful. We would definitely stay there again in our travels through Italy.

Host superlativo, casa d'altri tempi da lasciarti senza fiato, paesaggio, scorci e posti da visitare meravigliosi. Consiglio vivamente tappa al ristorante Zarthman, mai mangiato così bene, cibi preparati con amore e solo con l'utilizzo di materie prime del posto biologiche di prima scelta e vini biodinamici. Una spanna su tutti i formaggi gourmet, gli arrosticini con carne di pecora locali e la tenerissima pecora dei briganti tenerissima. Grazie, torneremo appena possibile

La casa di Stefano è incastonata nei meravigliosi vicoli di magico borgo antico di Pettorano. La casa ha un affaccio su una bellissima vista di montagna del monte Genzano, accompagnato dal suono del fluire del fiume Gizio, nel vero centro della riserva naturale. La casa ha tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno fantastico. I consigli di Stefano su cosa mangiare (ristoranti del centro storico da raggiungere a piedi) e di cosa vedere, sono stati utili. Stefano and his brother are exceptional hosts, always available when needed yet respectful of our privacy, striking the perfect balance between attentiveness and discretion. Their home, nestled on a peaceful hill, provided a serene escape while still being conveniently located with easy access to Rome’s ring road, making it a great base for exploring the city and beyond. The house itself was impeccably equipped with everything we needed, ensuring a comfortable and seamless long stay. From start to finish, our experience was nothing short of amazing, and we truly appreciated their hospitality. Highly recommended.

Ivana è stata molto cordiale e accogliente, ci ha fatto sentire a casa. Ci ha dato utili indicazioni sulla zone ed era facilmente reperibile. La casa era molto carina e in un'ottim la posizione. Ci torneremo molto volentieri! Un plauso a Ivana!

Ottima posizione, centrale ma silenziosa, almeno a ottobre, appartamento piccolo ma molto ben attrezzato. Ideale per una coppia. Abbiamo passato tre giorni molto piacevoli.

Alojsia’s place was right in the center of it all! Truly in the heart of Trastevere, the location cannot be beat. Just steps away from all of the bars, squares and sights of the lovely neighborhood. The apartment was clean and looked just like the pictures. Alojsia was friendly and communicative, and left a lovely bottle of welcome wine. :) I enjoyed the clean and comfortable bed, the coffee machine in the kitchen, and the sweet little terrace off the bedroom. The mornings were so calm and quiet, even for being in the center. Some things to note: the flight of stairs up to the apartment were a bit narrow and steep. Not too bad, but if you are traveling alone with a heavy suitcase (like I was) , good to know. Also, the pretty rooftop terrace is up some small stairs, so please note for access if you have mobility issues. Overall, I enjoyed my stay very much! I recommend Alojsia’s lovely space for your time in Rome.

El alojamiento es muy bonito, con una ubicación excelente, espacioso y limpio. Te dejan regalos de bienvenidas y siempre están muy atentos. Se escucha ruido de afuera pero te dejan tapa oídos y si estás muy cansado luego de un día de turismo, no te afecta. Volvería sin duda.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Marco. L’appartement est très bien placé et confortable. Très bonne communication avec Marco qui nous a aussi gentiment organisé le transfert depuis l’aéroport. Grazie mille!

Host estremamente gentile reattivo nonostante abbiamo avuto dei problemi per il nostro arrivo. La nostra bambina non si era sentita bene. Speriamo di tornare in Cappadocia prestissimo

Eine extrem gemütliche, alleinstehende Villa mit wunderschöner Aussicht und vielen schönen Örtchen zum Verweilen - grosse Veranda mit riesigem Esstisch (ein weiterer ist im Haus) und grosse Rasenfläche (auch für Ballspiele (vorhanden!) geeignet), Grillstelle und mehrere Hängematten, grosser, schöner Innenbereich, super schöner, sauberer Pool (Anfang Oktober war er sehr kalt aber trotzdem einladend!), bequeme Sonnenliegen. Grundsätzlich ist einfach alles super durchdacht, auch in der Küche ist alles da, was man zum Kochen und Backen braucht. Sehr auffällig fanden wir die unkomplizierten und großzügigen Gastgeber (grosse Früchteschale, Wein und gekühltes Wasser bei der Ankunft, Kaffee und Toilettenpapier auf Vorrat, und das aus Versehen verschlagene Geschirr liessen sie gut sein) und auch Michela, die während unseres Aufenthalts unsere Anprechperson war, war total herzlich und dezent (war nur einmal da zum Pool putzen als wir weg waren). Wir empfehlen diesen Ort auf jeden Fall weiter!

Janet and Nicholas are exceptional hosts :) responsive and very kind, it was a pleasure to communicate with both of them. I must also add their property management company is fantastic, we had the pleasure of meeting 2 lovely gentlemen. Top service from everyone. Thank you :)) The day we arrived my first thought was ~ what an immaculate property! The outside has such stunning views of Todi and the surrounding hills, the pool and gardens are truly beautiful, you can tell everything was done with such thought and care. The gorgeous kitchen and outside wood burning grill were our favorite part! Evenings with the sun setting were truly special. Their home is exceptional. We will treasure our week long stay :)

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt! Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen – die Gastgeberin war ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und jeder Zeit erreichbar. Die Villa selbst war groß, sehr sauber und hervorragend ausgestattet. Besonders war der gute WLAN und die ruhige, dennoch gut angebundene Lage – nur ca. 30 Minuten von Rom entfernt. Ein echtes Highlight waren die umliegenden Restaurants, die authentisch und nicht touristisch sind – perfekt, um die italienische Küche wie die Einheimischen zu genießen. Praktisch war auch der 24-Stunden-Supermarkt, nur eine Minute mit dem Auto oder fünf Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Insgesamt können wir die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen – ideal für alle, die Rom erkunden möchten und dabei nicht auf Komfort und Ruhe verzichten.

Renato è stato molto disponibile, il suo alloggio molto spazioso è ben posizionato e in una zona molto tranquilla. Ideale per gruppi o famiglie anche numerose!

5 Sterne, auch wenn es ein paar Anregungen gibt: wir waren zum mobilen Arbeiten mit unserer 12jährigen Tochter für 10 Tage dort. Man fühlt sich sofort zu Hause, die untere Etage mit Schlaf-, Wohnzimmer, Dusche/Bad/Wc ist perfekt fürs Kind mit Wunsch nach etwas Raum für sich. Küche war toll eingerichtet, generell alles sauber und die Panoramascheiben im WZ sind fantastisch, und danke für die Moskitonetze. kleine Anregungen: - im Duschraum oben hinten fangen die Fugen an zu schimmeln...jetzt kann man noch alles in den Griff bekommen - das Zimmer unten (ausgerechnet) hat kein TV. Die TV in den oberen Schlafzimmern sind defekt und der im WZ zeigt keine deutschen Sender. Wir kamen die 10 Tage ohne aus, aber es wäre schön, zumindest mal ARD/ZDF schauen zu können - das Bücherboard hat nicht ein deutsches (Jugendbuch), schade - grösstes Manko, das WLAN ist mit ca 3Mbit/0,6Mbit am optimalen Sitzplatz im WZ zu langsam um ausreichend arbeiten, geschweigedenn Filme streamen zu können...

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno memorabile, la casa di Andrea è arredata con grande gusto, ogni dettaglio è curato. Menzione d'onore soprattutto al giardino, pieno di fiori e piante meravigliose, con barbecue, amaca e sdraio dove rilassarsi.
