The cottage is within easy reach of beautiful flat sandy beaches and beautiful coastline views. We are only a short distance away from the coastal towns of Saltburn, Staithes, Whitby, Robin Hoods Bay,and Scarborough.

The Tipsy Bee at 143 is located on the edge of the main street in Guisborough, only steps away from independent shops, eateries and quirky independent bars as well as being less than a 10-minute walk away from the iconic Guisborough Priory. The National Park is on your doorstep, with lovely walks.

Hillfoot Cottage is a cosy and comfortable 350 yr old cottage which began life as a pig sty in the quiet country village of Yearby, near Redcar. Offering peace and tranquility with local walks on your doorstep. Located a short drive to the seaside town of Redcar and Market town of Guisborough, within 1/2 hours drive to the North York Moors National Park and Whitby and within 1 hours drive to the Yorkshire Dales. An abundance of wild birds are to be found in the gardens of our cottage.
