DESCRIPTION The apartment is located on the second floor (no elevator) and is distributed as follows: a spacious and bright living room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen featuring designer furniture and appliances; Living room with gas fireplace and dining room with beautiful views, three bedrooms with a total capacity for 7 people, and 2 full bathrooms (with showers). The master bedroom has a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm), a small sitting area, a reading nook, a home office area, a Smart TV, spacious wardrobes with luggage racks and hangers, and a full bathroom with shower and toiletries. The middle bedroom has a queen-size bed (150 x 200 cm), a large wardrobe, and a Smart TV with Netflix. The third bedroom has bunk beds with three single beds, ideal for children but also suitable for adults (90 x 200 cm), a Smart TV, and spacious wardrobes with hangers. All rooms have heating, air conditioning, home automation, and high-speed internet. There is also a small utility closet with a washer and dryer.
