Πλήρως ανακαινισμένο πέτρινο σπίτι του 1900 σε μια γραφική γειτονιά στο Λαύριο, με σεβασμό στα δομικά αρχιτεκτονικά χαρακτηριστικά του (πέτρα, ξύλινη οροφή, πατώματα, εσωτερική αυλή). Απόσταση 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το λιμάνι του Λαυρίου αλλά και την κεντρική πλατεία της πόλης. Το σπίτι είναι ένας μονόχωρος με μικρή ήσυχη αυλή, μεγάλο ύψος στο εσωτερικό, κουζίνα, μπάνιο, ηλεκτρική εγκατάσταση όλα καινούρια και φροντισμένα για ανθρώπους που αγαπούν την ανανέωση της παραδοσιακής αισθητικής.

Our beautiful Villa is located in a hidden heaven mounted rock, which is covered by the sea as far as the human eye can see. The rough, authentic beauty of nature is beautifully linked to the superior design and luxury of the building. Our villa will be a pleasant surprise with its minimal design, in absolute respect to the simple lines of nature, with a view to the sun emerging from the mountains of Evia. A small staircase leads to a private rock beach with calming crystal clear waters.

The apartmnent is located in the central city of Lavrio with excellent view of its picturesque port. In a distance of 5 minutes on foot, there are plenty of supermarkets, bakeries, shops and traditional restaurants. The historical temple of Poseidon is also very close to the apartment by car, in a distance of 9 km. In the municipality of Lavrio there are lots of organized beaches. The distance from the international airport Eleftherios Venizelos is approximately 25 minutes by car.

Spacious and bright flat only 5 minutes walking distance from the city centre, where all the restaurants, cafes and shops are and 10 minutes from the port. Easy transportation links to Athens and Sounio (where most beaches and the famous Temple of Poseidon are). The flat is located on a small hill offering a magnificent view of Lavrio city and the port. The large balcony is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view.

Small cosy house Lavrion

This beautiful little house is located in the center of Lavrion, very close to the port (10 minutes walk from the house). Within a 5-minute walk there are many traditional restaurants, bakeries, cafes, supermarkets and bars. The Eleftherios Venizelos Airport is a 25-minute drive .The magnificent Temple of Poseidon is an 8-minute drive or a 15-minute by bus.This home offers privacy and cosiness to its guests.
