We had a pleasure of renting the duplexes and it was everything we needed for our group. The rooms were spacious and had tvs in each of them, the kitchen was really nice and he had a bottle of wines set out in both units for us. The area had lots to do around it and the Walmart was 10-12 minutes away. I would stay here again if I am in the area.

Everything we would have wanted. On the beach, with a pool, next to a restaurant (Jungle Fish). Property Manager Neli and Housekeeper Pati were both amazing, welcoming, and accommodating. House was clean, everything worked great. Parking spot for our car. Even saw some wildlife (coati's, raccoons) on property. Would highly recommend.

great place with awesome sunsets and fun fishing. there was no water under pier due to lake level.. but we did fine just fishing from shore. Comfy beds and everything we needed was there

Todo muy limpio y ordenado, atención 10/10. Una linda casa, tal y como en las fotos, muy buena vista, muy bien ubicada, cerca del hotel Conceptio a donde recomiendo ir a desayunar. El único aspecto negativo que pudimos encontrar fue que se siente un olor en el ambiente no muy agradable, me parece por una finca de café, pero por todo lo demás vuelvo a regresar en algún otro momento.

Pros: House is beautiful, spacious, immaculate, great location, amazing outdoor space, super clean pool, nice TVs in every room, fast internet, bottled water machine, great A\C in every bedroom. Owner is very nice as well. (Which is what pains me about the next section, but I leave fair yet honest reviews) Cons: The mattresses were the hardest I’ve ever slept on. My whole family woke up every day with sore hips and shoulders. The maid, while being very nice, showed up at 7am, let herself in and started cooking, cleaning, and waking us up. We like to sleep in on vacation. I let the the owner know and it didn’t happen again. Until the day we left at least. We really like our privacy, and there was a lack of it every morning. The maid would hang out right outside the back door in the backyard until about 10am/11am, which compromised our daily morning conversations over coffee. Like having a babysitter. If she changed the mattresses, and the maids schedule, I would stay there again.

We stayed for three nights and had a wonderful time, the house is really comfortable, peaceful and in a great location. Having water, ice, breakfast and the option of food delivered to the house was outstanding, food was delicious Another great thing about this house is that they have the option to hire a masseuse. Daniel, who is at the house at all times is very attentive and respectful. The only thing I think needs attention is the steps tones towards the beach, they are small and unbalanced and it makes it very difficult and to walk. Overall it’s a beautiful house that we will be happy to stay again.

Passamos dias ótimos, muito bem acomodados. A casa é realmente tudo aquilo que mostra nas fotos, bonita, com ótimo espaço para reunir os amigos, curtir um churrasco e a natureza. Ninha e Toninho são muito receptivos, gentis e cuidam muito bem da casa e dos hospedes.

Uma excelente casa para quem busca um pouco mais de privacidade e conforto! Sem dúvida alguma a Maria é o ponto alto! Sempre muito solicita e a disposição para ajudar além do café da manhã especial! Voltaríamos e recomendamos muito! Os gatos que permanecem na residência são muito tranquilos e não impactaram em nada nossa estadia, aliás meus filhos gostaram muito. Como sugestão de melhorias destaco o piso de madeira em volta da piscina, precisa ser substituído rapidamente, o lençol do colchão/sofá do espaço da piscina tb precisa ser substituído, as toalhas tb já estão no momento de substituir.

Architectural digest worthy treehouse of sorts, in the heart of Cozumel. Hardwood furniture and cedar create a lovely space. Just The bedroom has very cold ac. Big, full kitchen. Delicious breakfast included daily.

Carlos' place was a great spot to work remote from. Centrally located in Condesa and walkable to anything you could need. Strong Wi-Fi for video calls and portable A/C units for summer months. The building amenities were nice too - incredible rooftop, gym onsite. Note the pool was a bit too warm to jump in for a refreshing dip in the summer.

Loved our Xochi apartment we called home for a week during Dia de Muertos! The neighborhood was so nice and the walk to Centro and Jalatlaco was perfect. The apartment was very clean and private. The bed, shower and kitchen pristine and comfortable. Loved the comped breakfast right out the back door to the restaurant. Perfect! I highly recommend this wonderful place to anyone staying in Oaxaca. Can’t wait to return!

Kathy was a great host! The place was clean and well designed. Loved the location, away from noise but close to restaurants and stores. I was here on a contract job and this was a perfect getaway!

É minha segunda vez me hospedando neste quarto de Hotel através do Eduardo e só tenho a agradecer e elogiar. O café da manhã é ótimo, a localização é perfeita e o atendimento de modo geral é muito satisfatório!

Antonio was a wonderful host, and the apartment was great. He was very patient and helpful with my many questions, he gave us great tips about the neighborhood, and he let us know about some important local news that affected our travel plans, which we weren't aware of. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, and it has the basics for meals, making coffee, etc. The location is great too - a very safe neighborhood and easy walking distance to convenience stores, restaurants, etc. Breakfast at his cafe just around the corner was lovely, and we were even able to do laundry up on the rooftop. Overall Antonio's place is a great value. Don't hesitate to book it if it's available!

Aneta’s place was in a quieter neighborhood of Key West, with Duval Street just a few blocks walk away or reachable by the free loop bus. The bedroom and shared bathrooms were very clean as were the other shared spaces. One of the two bathrooms was always available. The breakfast of fresh fruit, bagels/pastry, and cereal could be eaten inside in the sitting area or outside in the lush garden. Mr Rolando and other staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was not available as part of the package. We arrived on a Monday and were able to find a free parking spot 2 blocks away where we left the car for the 2 days we were there. We also enjoyed use of the pool next door. We would definitely stay there again.

Nice place to stay ending our trip in Belize, Guillermo was helpful in allowing us an early check in time and calling us a taxi on the way out. The rooms had AC and TV which was really nice to come back to to relax.

5 stars! A perfect Derby weekend stay! My girlfriends and I had the most wonderful stay at this property during our Derby weekend getaway. The home was absolutely beautiful—immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The host was warm, kind, and genuinely attentive to every detail, which made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. One of the highlights was the delicious breakfast —it felt like such a treat and really started our day off right. Highly recommend this gem for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Sandra communicated just the right amount from the very beginning and was very flexible with the reservation , which changed due to work. I needed a place to stay and rest while working in the area. The bed was very comfortable and I slept very well. The back porch was as comfortable as it looks in the pictures and was a great place to read a book and relax. Sandra was very thoughtful with providing coffee and breakfast as well. If my work commitments keep me in the area again, Sandra’s place is the first I will check for availability.

Simon is a very gracious host. His food is excellent, and his property is even more so. It is a secluded bit of paradise nestled in the woods. There is a vineyard, wild deer, a horse, all wrapped up in peace and quiet. The cabin is comfy and cozy. It’s a short trip to town for antiquing, etc. I couldn't think of a better way to get away from it all.

This place is great overall. They offer an included breakfast where you can order from a menu and customize as needed. The room, though small, was clean, with a well-functioning AC. Everything was tidy and well-maintained. They also have a nice common area with a decent view, perfect for playing card games, reading a book, or just relaxing with a significant other. It’s worth noting they do not allow food in the rooms—you’re required to eat in the common area. They enforce a "quiet time" starting at 9 PM, so it might not be the best choice if you're planning to go out for drinks. The soda restaurant next door is fantastic, with great reviews and delicious food. About 0.5 kilometers down the street is the Tree House Restaurant, which is a bit pricey but has an amazing vibe and is perfect for a romantic dinner. The only downside for this B&B was the laundry service. At $14 for a small to medium-sized load, it's nearly double what it should cost ($7-$10). The clothes were also returned
