The beaches of Vera Playa, Puerta Ray and Garucha are within 25 minutes drive and Mojacar Playa 35 minutes.

The village is 5 minutes drive away with 3 bars, serving delicious food. 15 minutes away is the lovely town of Huercal-Overa where you can find all amenities including supermarkets, restaurants and beautiful architecture in the old town where you can while away many an hour with a drink and tapa. The coast is just 40 minutes drive.

The house is immersed in the tranquillity of the Andalucian countryside in a small hamlet with plenty of walks available, the sound of birdsong and a fantastic view of the stars after sunset. The owners live on the premises together with their two pet dogs and three cats.
