Love, love this Airbnb and have stayed here a few time! Super cute, peaceful, very responsive host, attention to details! Have a beautiful garden to enjoy during the summer months, close to CSU and walkable to restaurants!

WOW this place was absolutely breathtaking. We woke up in the morning to snow capped mountains in the distance and a river rolling near the cabin. The cabin was exceptionally clean. The hot tub was phenomenal and I could not think of better caretakers of the land and the cabins than Lee and his wife they are truly truly wonderful people.

Beautiful cabin, private, but close to town. Highly recommend, it was a great place to get snowed in!

This cabin was exactly what I was looking for in Fort Collins. Such a great location, quiet and cozy, and the hosts were so sweet and welcoming! The dogs were a great plus as well! Thanks so much!

A perfect stay before we headed to hike Rocky Mountain National Park! We slept so cozily in the soft and warm bed. Would definitely recommend staying here to anyone who plans to visit RMNP!

We loved the rustic cabin. It was very updated inside, but looked period and location correct on the outside. Very homey and relaxing. I didn't find any accommodation for air conditioning, but in October we didn't need it.

These cabins are about as close to Rocky Mountain park as can be, yet are still close to restaurants, coffee shops and Estes Park. The staff are friendly, and we definitely enjoyed the pool and hot tub after hiking. Highly recommended for a cosy cabin stay!

We really enjoyed our 2 night stay in the cabin. It was quiet and a close drive to everything we did. We would definitely stay there again.

We LOVE this cabin! It was perfect for what we were looking for! So cozy and felt right at home immediately. Even when we thought we forgot something they had it at the cabin. The views were amazing! Closer to Estes than we thought! Spent the days in RMNP and can’t wait to come back! Also couldn’t help ourselves but to add a little bear to the collection! This place is perfect for two people who don't mind cozy accommodations. We were visiting our son at CSU, so we didn't spend a lot of time in the apartment other than to sleep. Everything about the place is as pictured. It is well appointed and has great light. The bed is super comfy and has great pillows (I am a bit of a pillow snob). Special touches include a few snacks, sparkling water and adult bevvies in the fridge. It is conveniently located on the North side of Old Town close to walking/biking trails along the Poudre river. We enjoyed our stay and would happily stay there again in the future.

I can’t recommend this place enough. It was clean, cozy, quiet and peaceful. Within walking distance of yummy restaurants and coffee shops. If I ever return to the area, I won’t hesitate to stay here again.

My husband and I spent the past three days in Estes Park through Tom & Janet’s property! If you’re looking for something that is close to the mountains and 1-3 minutes from everything in Estes Park, this is where you should book. Estes Park is also 1&1/2 hours from Denver, so we were able to take an easy drive (which was a beautiful scenic opportunity) into the city for a Zoo day. Upon arrival, Tom met us outside & showed us the in’s and out’s of the place. The cabin is right next to their personal home and was the perfect size for me and my husband. It’s also just down the road from all the Estes Park has to offer. Highly recommend staying here if you’re planning a chill, down to earth, 2-person visit to Estes Park, CO.

I have stayed at the cottage twice. Both times were excellent. The place is just as advertised. The hosts are extremely responsive and the cottage is well stocked. I highly recommend this place for a solo traveler or couple visiting the area. Both times I have visited have been to see my daughter attending CSU-Fort Collins. I plan to stay here evry time for the next two years if it is available.

This cozy guest house is perfectly situated close to campus and in a historic neighborhood. The surrounding mature trees, yard and patio were lovely and relaxing. The interior space was a combo of clean new upgrades and quaint historic details, which suited us perfectly. We’d love to stay again.

A perfect weekend retreat! Virginia was kind and responsive and the space is cozy and immaculate. Exactly what I needed!

Richard has a fantastic host, very attentive to needs. He even gave us a tour of his mini farm and got to meet his animal menagerie. Was fun to talk to and gave excellent recommendations of what to see and do, as we had never been to the Fort Collins area before. Thanks so very much for making our trip memorable!
