L'appartamento di Florent e' uno splendido appartamento, molto grande con cucina ben accessoriata , bagno e 2 camere da letto confortevoli.Con tutti i comfort.Assolutamente da consigliare.Anche la zona dove e' situato l' appartamento e' tranquilla con ristoranti e panetterie.Non vi e' niente di cui lamentarsi. Absolut fantastisch! Dieses gemütliche und moderne Studio ist ein wahrer Glücksgriff. Der atemberaubende Blick auf den Eiffelturm und Sacré-Cœur ist schlichtweg magisch und macht jeden Morgen und Abend zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis. Die Wohnung selbst ist ein kleines Juwel: modern und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Einbauküche ist perfekt ausgestattet und das Wohnzimmer lädt zum Verweilen ein. Diese Unterkunft ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt, um Paris in vollen Zügen zu genießen. Man taucht direkt in das pulsierende Pariser Leben ein und hat gleichzeitig einen ruhigen und stilvollen Rückzugsort. Wir können dieses Studio wärmstens empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten! Ein echtes Highlight unseres Paris-Trips!

Host was very friendly and helpful, place was as described and very clean. Location is not walkable to tourist spots but there is a train station right outside the front door, walkable to pharmacy, grocery store and a few pubs/cafes. Has a washer but no electric dryer, only hang to dry. Coffee pot, tea kettle, hair dryer and iron.

Der Aufenthalt bei Anne und Sébastian war toll! Eine schöne Wohnung, modern eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet was es für ein paar Tage in Paris braucht! Sehr sauber, gut gelegen und praktisch eingerichtet!

Audrey and Remy's place was the perfect place to call home during our stay in Paris. It is centrally located to anything you'd want to do/see in Paris. There are lots of great restaurants nearby, too! The subway is right down the street, but you won't need to use it much since you can walk to any and all of the tourist sites from the apartment. It's also really quiet, which is rare when staying in Paris, so we slept well! Can't wait to come back and stay here someday!

Jean-Michel was a wonderful and responsive host. We loved the apartment, the energy of the neighborhood, and how easy it was to get wherever we wanted to be. It was everything we needed for a perfect long weekend in Paris!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le logement d’Alexandrine. Hôtel très arrangeante, disponible. Nous avions toutes les informations nécessaires et bien détaillées pour notre séjour. Le logement est bien équipé, suffisant pour passer la nuit. La piscine est un plus que les enfants ont apprécié. L’accès à Disney en bus est pratique et facile. La proximité du centre commercial bien pratique pour se restaurer. Je recommande vivement ce logement et cette hôte.

We hebben het heerlijk gehad in Baye. Louis reageerde meteen, maakte ons graag wegwijs, ontving ons met een zelfgemaakt glaasje ratafia en bood dagelijks aan de open haard voor ons aan te maken. Ook de grote hoeveelheid handdoeken was heel prettig, net als de flexibele vertrektijd. De omgeving van Baye is prachtig en rustig, dus doe goed boodschappen in Sézanne of Epernay. We komen graag terug om de Champagne verder te ontdekken!
