L’alloggio di Fabrizio è semplicemente magico, una vera gemma nascosta. La casa è comoda e ordinata, il bosco in cui si trova è bellissimo e privato, nonostante sia molto facile arrivarci con una breve passeggiata. Fabrizio è una persona professionale, gentile e disponibile, oltre ad averci accolto e mostrato l’alloggio in maniera completa dedicandoci tempo ci ha indicato sentieri per escursioni nel parco del Gran Sasso che abbiamo apprezzato molto. 5 stelle facili!!

Casa davvero bella, si è rivelata perfetta per il nostro gruppo. Stile rustico di montagna molto curato, con a disposizione tutto il necessario per sfruttare gli spazi; abbiamo goduto in particolare del giardino attrezzato grazie alle piacevolissime temperature nei giorni in cui abbiamo soggiornato, bellissima vista, privacy e pace. La posizione è eccellente per raggiungere con poca fatica i tantissimi luoghi da visitare nelle vicinanze, da Santo Stefano di Sessanio e Rocca Calascio, fino a Campo Imperatore, così come l'Aquila. Luigi e Antonia sono host attenti ai dettagli, super disponibili e velocissimi a rispondere ad ogni esigenza, ci hanno anche ben indirizzato per degli ottimi arrosticini, cotti al barbecue in giardino. STRACONSIGLIATO!

L alloggio di Oliva è estremamente curato, accogliente e provvisto di tutto. Per noi famiglia con bimbi piccoli è stato perfetto. Una cameretta con libri e giochi proprio come essere a casa. Olivia poi ha reso tutto perfetto con la sua gentilezza e attenzione. Grazie davvero!

Amelia e Kevin sono stati molto discreti, ma erano comunque sempre nel loro alloggio se ne avessimo avuto bisogno. La casa è meravigliosa, molto curata, pulita. C'è di tutto, la cucina è super attrezzata, pentole di altissima qualità, robot da cucina, bicchieri e calici di ogni genere. Ci hanno lasciato il pane appena fatto, del latte e altre cose. Inoltre viste le temperature avevo chiesto dell' acqua fresca al nostro arrivo e siamo stati soddisfatti. Le camere sono tutte bellissime, letti molto comodi. Il salotto con l'home teather è un valore aggiunto. La piscina a sfioro bellissima, luci che creano atmosfera. Insomma le foto rispecchiano la realtà, anzi poi trovarsi lì è anche meglio. Se avete bisogno di staccare dal caos questo posto fa per voi...la notte non si sente un solo rumore. Grazie ad Amalia e Kevin sempre sorridenti e gentili. Spero di tornare!

Ons verblijf (met 2 heel jonge kindjes) in dit prachtige huisje was een ware verademing. Gelegen in een idyllische omgeving, ademt de locatie rust en natuur. Het huis zelf was brandschoon en tot in de puntjes verzorgd. De gastvrijheid van Lamberto was top - van het moment van aankomst tot vertrek voelden we ons meer dan welkom. Het huis was bovendien van alle gemakken voorzien, zelfs aan speelgoed voor de kinderen was gedacht. Het dorpje zelf is erg rustig, bijna verlaten, maar juist daardoor ervaar je hier een ongekende stilte en ontspanning. Het is een prima uitvalsbasis voor allerlei mooie excursies in de omgeving. Tot slot is er een charmant, authentiek restaurant in het dorp (Parkkeller). Het eten is er heerlijk en de sfeer gezellig, perfect voor een sfeervol diner na een dag vol avontuur.

Our stay at Ellen and Gustav’s place will forever stay in our hearts. It was a transformative vacation, so much so that we now dream of creating something similar ourselves, someday, somewhere. The atmosphere, the energy, the style, the history, and the love that have been poured into this place are perfectly blended, making everything feel natural and special. Of course, there are small things that could be improved, but they are nothing compared to the immense sense of peace and well-being that the house and its surroundings provide. Every corner, every piece of furniture, every view, the silence, the beauty of the night atmosphere, everything spoke to us deeply. A heartfelt thank you also to Bice, the co-host, who welcomed us warmly and was always available and kind. We truly carry this place in our hearts and minds. It has helped us realize what we truly love and want. We are sincerely grateful to everyone who contributed their time 🫶

It was wonderful to experience the beautiful town of Capestrano. The home was charming, cozy and comfortable and so romantic! Easy drives to Sulmona, L'aquila and Pescara.

A wonderful and magical place for those who love peace and nature. The house is comfortable and spacious, decorated with love and creativity. Gaetano himself is very friendly and helpful, he welcomed us very nicely. The house has everything you need. We had a wonderful time there and will definitely return. I highly recommend it!

If you want to experience comfortable and modern accommodations in the heart of a crumbling, centuries-old village in one of the less touristed parts of Italy, then this is a perfect location. The apartment is on the lower level, so there is less natural light, but it is clean and full of modern amenities. It is small but easily accommodated two couples. The apartment is a minute or two walk from the local bar. There are not really any shops or restaurants in the village, but a 15 minute walk to the base of the town, down a street lined with tall cypress trees will bring you to the village bakery which also stocks a few other food items. Ofena was significantly damaged in the 2009 earthquake that devastated the nearby city of L’Aquila, so many of the buildings are damaged and a considerable amount of restoration is underway resulting in some areas being closed off and a fair bit of noisy construction when we were there.

Tutto molto bene!!! L’appartamento era delizioso, intimo e accogliente. Organizzato bene e molto pulito. Zona tranquilla. Ho dormito bene. Marco è stato gentilissimo. Subito dopo la prenotazione guardando più attentamente ho notato che le finestre della camera da letto non aveva gli scuri e questo sarebbe stato un problema per me. Quando l’ho segnalato a Marco lui mi ha detto che avevano già in ordine il lavoro e che sarei arrivata con gli scuri montati e così è stato. Davvero gentile e attento ai bisogni del cliente. Tornerò senz’altro!!!!

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana meravigliosa in questo appartamento. La posizione è perfetta, a pochi metri dalla spiaggia di Scerne di Roseto, ideale per chi ama svegliarsi con il profumo del mare e raggiungere la spiaggia in pochi minuti. L’appartamento è estremamente pulito e ben curato. La cucina è completamente attrezzata e gli spazi sono comodi e accoglienti. Roberto è stato molto gentile e disponibile, rendendo il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento per chi cerca tranquillità, comodità e la bellezza del mare adriatico a portata di mano. Grazie di cuore, Roberto!

Wonderful stay at Serena's apartment. It was immaculate and so central to the historic centre of Sulmona. Could walk everywhere. Felt right at home. would highly recommend. And Serena was a wonderful host and communicated well. Excellent value for money, a delight to stay, would highly recommend. Thanks again, Laura.

Appartamento comodo e accogliente per una coppia con due bambini. Host disponibile e Comunicazione veloce con una persona sul posto quando ne abbiamo avuto bisogno . Posizione vicinissima al centro , con un Suv o macchine grandi meglio parcheggiare vicino alla chiesa sovrastante.

Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo soggiornato al Melarancino insieme a Nala, la nostra cagnolina di 5 mesi. La casa ha tutto quello di cui si ha bisogno oltre che uno spazio esterno ottimo per il cane. Alessio è stato un host molto gentile e disponibile: ci ha permesso di arrivare prima dell'orario standard del check-in e di rimanere anche dopo quello del check-out. La casa inoltre è vicinissima a L'Aquila e a Campo Felice.

This was a magical experience. I cannot imagine a kinder and more helpful host than Kevin, and I can’t imagine a more magical location. Great advice on things to do in the area and incredibly helpful in terms of getting us oriented and “plugged in” in Capestrano.

Our stay at il Gufo Azzurro was great! The apartment was comfortable and had absolutely EVERYTHING one might need, including plenty of welcome gifts to get started (plenty for many breakfasts and also a dinner!). Such a convenient location - so close to the Centro Storico to walk to everything in town, but with a garage for our rental car for our adventures further afield. Lovely view over the town from the balcony. Some street noise on the balcony, but hardly noticed any noise when inside. Franca and Nello were very quick to respond with any questions we had, as well as for arranging check-in. We'll stay here again!

This home was spacious, relaxing and pristine. Silvana was very responsive and helpful. We would stay here every time we visited L’Aquila.

Giovanni is one of the nicest and most caring hosts I’ve ever encountered through my nearly 10 years of using Airbnb. He was caring, proactive, shared amazing information to help us get to the location. He checked in on us and gave us lots of information regarding local restaurants and grocery store (it’s small - has essentials). We can’t recommend him and the location enough. It was beautiful and peaceful.

Esattamente come descritto, l'alloggio di Lucia è perfetto sia in estate che in inverno, a due passi dai servizi di Pian De' Valli e dagli impianti. Abbiamo trovato tutto in ordine e molto pulito.

Lisa e Paul sono gestori simpatici e molto gentili, ci hanno accolto cordialmente e la casa era veramente bella, spaziosa e ben arredata. Le stanze erano ampie e i letti comodi. Anche i nostri due bambini si sono trovati molto bene. Consigliato a tutti.

Essere a casa di Giorgio è come essere a casa, ma con la possibilità di una vista mozzafiato e di un camino che scalderebbe tutti i cuori. Giorgio un host impeccabile e super disponibile. Torneremo sicuramente.
