House, garden & patio have amazing harbour views. Sit on the bench watching the boats. Families, couples, children & 🐕‍🦺 dogs welcome. 1 min level walk to car park. We are opposite the slipway so have easy access to launch. A 5 min walk to Fowey’s shops & restaurants. We have a 1 bed flat sleeps 2, The Slipway Suite four doors away.

Most certainly a romantic getaway for two, the Salt Loft is a beautiful, conveniently appointed apartment which is located right within the heart of Fowey, offering the most perfect escape for two. Unwind and relax in this historic gem of a home. There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The Mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.

The light and airy family room, leading onto the patio is a lovely social space, open out the doors and allow the sounds of the quaint village of Golant to flow in.
