Peaceful neighborhood, clean and well-stocked accommodation with great communication. Would stay here again.

The house was perfect to host family from out of town. Nice big and spacious home. The pool table and bar area was a hit. We enjoyed laughs and memories and created new memories to share. I would definitely recommend this home.

We had an absolutely wonderful time! The hot tub was perfect and the location was amazing. We were able to get to a State game and all over very easy. It was also a great house to just hang out and spend time with our friends. We loved the kitchen that had all the things you need. The bed sheets were soft and the couch and living space was very comfy. Thank you for such a great vacation!

The host was thoughful and stocked the fridge and pantry with applies, snacks, evey some milk. The convenience of washer and drier next to fridge was appreciated--newish machines, not from the 70s. Plenty of plates, pans, bowls--encouraged us to eat in. Small but cute balcony, great for mornings and sunset. Nice old tile in bathroom (but faucet is modern), lots of towels, can take a bath. The bedroom is larger than the picture shows--it includes a couch and a working table. So, you can use a laptop there or you can be at the kitchen table where two people have room for laptops. Lots of drawers and a closet with lots of hangers. This 3-room mini-house occupying the second floor of a beautiful old house that is central to a great neighborhood and not far from the capitol (and history museum--I will be going back). My wife is a little concerned about hauling luggage up the wooden stairway, I carry it for her, but we aging people need to match lodgings with our comforts.

The host was very responsive and the space was exactly as described. The home was very spacious for our group of 8. It was beautiful, well maintained and located in a quiet neighborhood. I definitely recommend this home and host.

I’d like to start off by saying Kevin is great he responds fast he’s very informative and knowledgeable and I appreciate that. The house was fantastic very nice inside everything was very clean it smelled really good when you walk in. It was simple and peaceful. Everything was great.

It was a true joy to have the opportunity to stay in this historic home. Nate and Austin have done an impeccable job decorating the home and making it feel cozy and inviting. The space makes you feel cared for and will surely inspire you to care more about design. I feel extremely lucky and grateful to have had the opportunity to stay in a FLW home, listening to great records, exploring the original owner of the home’s art, and working on puzzles. Such a great place to stay and an excellent location. It’s quiet yet close to so many things in the area. Comfortable and well maintained. So many nice touches like a Keurig with a nice selection of coffee pods; kitchen with a full complement of utensils; and extra blankets in the living room. This is one of the best AirBNBs we’ve stayed at.

Great price and very close to MSU and other Lansing activities! Would highly recommend to others

We had a wonderful stay! The home was beautiful, spacious, and in a perfect location for attending our son's graduation at MSU. Robyn was incredibly accommodating and responsive throughout our stay. It was especially meaningful to be able to stay together with our elderly parents, with plenty of comfortable bedrooms for everyone. Thank you, Robyn, for helping make this special occasion even more memorable!

We enjoyed our stay here. Loved the farm decor throughout the house. There were 2 sweet kitties that came to say hi to us several times. We enjoyed them, and the donkeys next door. The back porch was a great, and we even got to see a deer on the hill one morning.

Where do I start? I had surgery and would need assistance following the procedure. I had my mom come to town and needed to have one floor as she’s not able to use stairs well. This was the perfect place!! Everything is accessible and in one floor. My mother was comfortable and able to take care of me without having any issues. She loved the kitchen!! If she needed anything, she was able to find it! She constantly said she thought of EVERYTHING!! While thinking of my mom’s comfort, I too needed the ease of being able to move around without stairs. The 2nd bath right off the bedroom I was in was right on time!! There was plenty of space for company that came over to visit, plenty of space for flowers and cards, seating for dinner. Toys and games for my grandchildren….The list goes on!! 10 out of 10 highly recommend!!! Thanks Kimberly and Eric!! I couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax, heal, enjoy and appreciate with family and friends!!

The home was lovely! Easy to find, very peaceful but close enough to everything we needed. There was plenty of space for our large family and everything we needed to cook/use to make it feel like home. We enjoyed the game (monopoly/pictionary) also. Would definitely recommend this place.

Hayley & Joel’s place was very comfy. The beds were very nice and the space felt clean. Perfect for a weekend work trip !
