Beautiful fully contained legal garden suite located on outskirts of Langford. Parking available in our driveway, steps away from private entrance with keypad entry. Includes Netflix, WIFI, in-suite laundry and a fully stocked kitchen. If you love nature while having all the luxuries of shopping & amenities, this is the place for you. Dogs are OK -$20 charge per dog & per night, sorry no other animals allowed. It is a family house & we do live above, you might hear toddler footsteps (2&4 yrs)

Spacious, stylish walk-out suite at the end of a quiet cul de sac next to a small forrest. Living/Dining combo with breakfast station featuring a fridge, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, kettle, toaster and a water cooler. Relax on the big, comfy couch and love seat with large 55” tv. The bedroom offers a comfortable queen size bed and work desk. The bathroom has a bathtub/shower combo. Towels, soap and shampoo are supplied. You are welcome to share our little backyard oasis and gas fire pit.

Our home is located steps away from the Gorge Waterway Municipal Park and a 15 minute car, bus or 30 minute bike ride into the floral downtown core of Victoria. Enjoy serene unobstructed nature watching from the front deck and picturesque views of the Gorge Waterway through the large kitchen and living room windows as well as quiet barbecues on the patio in the peaceful green backyard.

Our quiet family neighbourhood is only 15.8 km (10 miles) or 25 minutes to the bustling downtown.

Downtown Langford is about a 5 minute drive, downtown Victoria is about 15 minutes away. Go for a walk on the street and enjoy stunning city, ocean and mountain views. Please note there is street parking available, and for loading and unloading feel free to use the driveway if there is a spot available.

It is 20 minutes from downtown Victoria.
