Walk in to this rental and you have everything you need and more! Lin, Russell and their two dogs were very friendly, nice and welcoming. The surroundings inside and out are beautiful and relaxing. My two dogs enjoyed the large fenced in backyard, seeing the chickens as well as the horses across the street too. All around, this place was a perfect rental for me and close to watch my niece play softball at North Greenville University, which was only 15 minutes away. I would definitely rent again!

What a lovely place! Clean, peaceful, and comfortable. There were flowers on the table and cold waters in the fridge. The bed was super comfortable with good linens. It's a great quiet place for visiting Asheville and surroundings. We really enjoyed starting our day with a yoga class at the Community Yoga Center that is less than a mile away. Booking, checking/getting in was a breeze, and Phil always responded quickly to messages.

The day we checked in was the night just before Helene hit Asheville. We lost power on the second day, but luckily Lynn and Bill have a generator that secured our usage of power throughout the next a few days. On the third day, we lost the network. But the magical Lynn and Bill had a starlink that kept us connected to the outside world! The network not only kept us informed about the latest news, but also enabled us to send out important messages to the parents for some Asheville School students, so their parents could arrange picking up their children the moment they received the message. We literally became the information distribution center between the students and their parents. Can't thank Lynn and Bill enough for their support during such difficult time. Forgot to tell you that Lynn and Bill have got a beatuiful house and view, nice settings of everything inside. The days we stayed with Lynn and Bill are unforgettable.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ “Absolute perfection! Claudia and Ricardo’s place was everything we hoped for and more. The location is unbeatable—just a short, easy walk to downtown, which made getting to the Billy Strings show every night a breeze. The space itself was spotless, incredibly comfortable, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. You can tell they put a lot of thought into making their guests feel at home. We’ll 100% be back next time we’re in town.

Jane was wonderful to deal with -- prompt, friendly, super helpful. The apartment was in a great location, and Jane offered a ton of amenities. Really enjoyed the stay!

Great place to stay, prefect for couples looking for a retreat or a small family. Hot tub was a great bonus and the location is only 10 minutes from downtown Asheville.

Jimmy’s place had a large bedroom and kitchen/family room. Furniture was comfortable and clean. Kitchen had accessories for basic food preparation, coffee pot and microwave oven. There is parking available behind the house and the nearby historic neighborhood was great for walking our golden retriever. This is an older historic home and the bathroom is tight and could use an update but very functional for our stay. The place is spacious, comfortable and a great value.

We had a great stay!! Appreciated the fresh bag of ice waiting for us, loved being close to everything and even caught a Tourists game.

The house was clean and updated with a big backyard. The only issue was the house numbers on the mailbox are dirty so it is hard to see them.

We had a wonderful stay at the Tannery House during our weekend trip to Brevard! The home was spotless and very nicely renovated, all while keeping its historical charm! Michelle goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you might need during your stay. We traveled with our 5-month-old and the home was stocked with baby gear, toys, and books. Hope to stay here again for our next visit! Thanks Michelle!!

The house inside is truly fabulous. Well decorated, modern and comfy. The surrounding neighborhood and even the landscape of this house will feel "sketchy". My sense is Annette invested on the inside of the home (she did a fantastic job, it truly is modern comfort at its best) and will invest again on the landscaping later. A 12 minute UBER drive to downtown where you'll find some brilliant restaurants (Juniper, Camp etc). The vibe downtown is very cool and you're minutes away. One of the things that I found wonderful? Is the care and thought put into supplies for the kitchen. It's one of the only bnb's that had stock of coffee, tea, creamers and cooking supplies like olive oil etc. The whole inside of the house was new, clean and fresh. Definitely recommend with a 5 stars.

The house was a great spot to spend two quiet nights. The deck was a peaceful place and the house was in great condition with tons of decorations. Thank you for this nice little house.

Highly recommend! We were only here for one night and we couldn’t of asked for anything better. Everything was super clean and the host was very responsive.

This place was fantastic to stay at. There was a lot of room. Only about 10 minutes from everything to eat or do. Quiet neighborhood and comfortable home. The home definitely can sleep a lot of people but only 5 spaces in the living room to sit down. Other than that, everything was perfect and we enjoyed this area while searching for colleges and apartments. Jennifer was responsive and able to fix any and all issues very quickly.

Benjamin was a great host. The home looked exactly like the pictures, and I loved the layout.

Location, location, location. Very walkable to all the best restaurants and breweries. Very clean and well decorated.

This is a perfect place to stay if you want to walk around Asheville and explore all the great things it has to offer. The room gets pretty hot because there isn't a ceiling fan but I think if you close the vents in the bathroom and kitchen the air might blow back that way. We had to pull out the fan from the closet and put that on 4 at night. Other than that, it was a great place to stay. Thank you Joslyn for hosting us, we appreciate you.

Exceptional stay in Greenville. Couldn't ask for a better location, easy to park, host extremely responsive, instructions were easy to follow, very comfortable, place itself was very well appointed and clean. Would not hesitate to book this place again.

Excellent location central & walkable to everything good downtown. Place was easy find & well lit up to the entry door. There are lots of garages (with EV chargers) in immediate proximity so parking & charging shouldn't be an issue. Room wonderfully comfortable with amazing bed/pillows. Water pressure in shower was great, and place was spotless. If you're a light sleeper you may want to bring ear plugs, host has excellent whitenoise machine by window if some noise doesn't bother. That's the cost of being near such a lively area. We'll definitely book again when needing accommodations in the area.

I would highly recommend this spot to friends visiting Asheville! Very easy to find, close to downtown while still quiet, and above a wonderful bar!

Loved this spot! Close to everything. We had a great time going out and staying in. The living room had plenty of space. Good kitchen. The k-cups and mini creamers were great for the next morning before we had a chance to hit the grocery. Clear instructions for check in/out and recommendations were much appreciated!
