I forgot to message him the first day and waited until the last second when I got to the apartment to send him my phone number in order to get in the apartment through the complexes app, he responded within 2 minutes and helped me get everything to get in. Very clean as well!!! Great host!

Great place! Very friendly and responsive team that made everything so easy. The apartment was just what we needed and the neighborhood had everything we needed within walking distance.

Definitely a private, tranquil little place. Minimalistic in a good way. Tucked away on a private road with little to no traffic. Was an absolutely relaxing stay. Jennifer has thought of everything you could have possibly forgot, from phone chargers to cooking spices to shampoo/conditioner/body wash, etc. A few friendly dogs that like to say high every now and then with some barks! 10 out of 10! We loved it and would absolutely recommend a stay here for a couple of adults. We dont have kids but I'd imagine there wouldnt be enough room for more than 2 adults.

My wife and I were both totally happy staying in Gingers Airbnb. Ginger responded to every message I sent and did greet us during our stay. Her husband Bob also said hello as did his friendly black poodle. I love animals. We will be staying there again soon I hope.

Maggie was such an amazing host! Her place was absolutely perfect! So clean and only 10 mins from our family in Waxhaw! Totally would love to stay again! Kate's is such a wonderful and kind host, so thoughtful and considerate. We were dealing with the passing of a very well loved family member and needed to all be together during this tough time. Kate's warm welcome and detailed, thoughtful instructions made our stay in her house so comforting. Upstairs bedrooms included the beautiful master suite, elegant bathroom and a bonus room with childrens toys and games. The main level included another bedroom and bathroom, so appreciated after long days of travel. Great, fully equipped spotlessly clean kitchen, stocked for guests with K cups & ground coffee. Kate also had a collection of toys and games for kids, toddlers and even babies in the under-the-stairs closet. But sadly we were so busy I missed seeing them until after the baby, five year old and their mamas and daddies went home. The house has a lovely backyard, lots of outdoor seating. Blooming red azaleas when were there made for beautiful family photos. Great park, short walk away.

We enjoyed our stay in Weddington for the holidays. The house was quiet and in a great location not far from the market and local shopping. We had all of the amenities of home. Shilpa was quick to respond and help when the internet went out. I would recommend this listing. We can’t wait to go back and stay again in the future.

We found the home very charming, even though we didn’t spend much time in it. We were there for the motorcycle races at CMP, so we spent a great deal of time at the track. We looked for to coming back to what we considered home, and that is what we believe an AIRBNB should strive for. We certainly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it!!

Great place to stay for a family! We had everything we needed. Clean like a high end hotel. Close to everything we needed nearby. 15 minutes give or take to Carowinds, our main destination. No negatives!

This was a wonderful little home to stay at! Close to where I needed to go and within a short drive to see the sites. The home is on a quiet cul-de-sac and instructions were very clear. Everything was clean and we appreciate having coffee and the small snacks/candy there for us! Would definitely stay here again next time I come to Charlotte!

We had a 3 day stay for a wedding. The house was stocked with everything you could possibly need . The yard was totally fenced and private. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. The furnishings were new and stylish. I know what to expect from a vacation rental as I personally host a number of beach houses and this place has it all. Would definitely stay again if I needed a place in the Charlotte area.

This was my first stay at an Airbnb. Really comfortable, had everything we needed. Like the location, lots of restaurants near, 28 minutes from Concord Mills mall. I recommend it. Love the place.

My family and I stayed in Waxhaw while visiting family for Easter. The home was spotless and everything as expected! There was a lovely bottle of wine left from the hosts, as well as an organized binder of house instructions and local restaurant recommendations/things to do. This was greatly appreciated. The house was also spotless and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again!!

We loved staying in this townhouse. It was clean and exactly as described. Location was perfect for us to visit family in the area. Host addressed an issue we had in the same day and was very responsive. We will stay here again when we visit Charlotte again.
