We needed a place that would accommodate a five month old baby—large floor to play, dishwasher for baby bottles, and washer/dryer in case we had to wash clothes. We needed enough space for six people. We needed something centrally located for our family activities in Matthews and Waxhaw. We needed something close to a greenway for two days of running. We preferred hardwood floors. This house for the bill with flying colors. I hope we can stay again the next time we’re in the Charlotte area!

The place was as described and shown in pictures. It is out in the country. We picked this place because it was close to my Mother. It was about an hour from Charlotte. It was clean & quiet & peaceful. If we ran out of anything the hosts were very responsive to our needs. Would definitely rent again.

Great place to stay for a family! We had everything we needed. Clean like a high end hotel. Close to everything we needed nearby. 15 minutes give or take to Carowinds, our main destination. No negatives!

This was the perfect place to stay while we were in town with our dog visiting friends that live nearby. It's a cute town and convenient to Charlotte, Lake Wylie, etc. The house itself was very clean and neat and had everything we needed. The back yard was perfect for our dog with the privacy fence and we absolutely loved the screened porch (our dog did too). The next time we go to visit these friends again I'll definitely book this house again!

Wow, what a perfect place for our family to stay! The home was beautiful, and I absolutely loved the attention to detail in the decor. So lovely! We visited for a wedding, but have family in Charlotte and will definitely look to stay here again in the future. We have two young daughters and Carlos was kind enough to be flexible with our check-in and check-out, and the home had so many child friendly accommodations (like a booster seat at the dining table and super fun toys!), we felt right at home. Thank you so much, Carlos, for such a lovely weekend in Charlotte!

This was my first stay at an Airbnb. Really comfortable, had everything we needed. Like the location, lots of restaurants near, 28 minutes from Concord Mills mall. I recommend it. Love the place.

We had a wonderful experience and Gabriella was an awesome host during our stay. We stayed here while renovations were being done in our home. The home was very well appointed for our stay of close to a month. We were happy to find the home was very clean!! The kitchen was well stocked for cooking/baking. We were very happy to find that it had an air fryer. The firplace and decorations throughout the home made it feel extra cozy. We did experience an issue with the washing machine, but Gabriella was extremely helpful and responsive in getting it fixed right away. All of our requests or questions were answered promptly and thoroughly. She was so kind in making sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed during our stay. She was especially kind when needed to extend our stay because the work was not finished at our home. If we have to book another local Airbnb, this will be our frist choice!!

Let’s just say Edward’s place was exactly what my friends group needed!!! The house was just as described, be sure you watch your step on the way entering into the living room bc there is a step down, nothing to major though! The house was equipped not only with everything we needed for cooking meals everyday, but the attention to detail with having supplies such a tissue, dish soap, cooking utensils, etc. was there as well!!! We didn’t get to use the pool due to weather, however the hot tub was great!!! If you’re looking for a private getaway that’s for rest and relaxation, book with Edward! We will be back for sure!!!

House was very clean. I didn't see One bug inside. The kitchen has pots and pans with cooking utensils. Bedrooms were clean and neat. Has a nice porch to sit and enjoy the weather. The kitchen could use a microwave but there is a coffee pot.

The house is amazing and spacious

Shannon was amazing. I rented for the whole month of May so as soon as I got there, she met me and walked me through the whole cabin and answered any question I may have had. The cabin had everything you could ever need in a home. The location was in a safe, beautiful neighborhood and close to everything. Shannon and I were like immediate friends. We discussed our love of nutrition and we even made sourdough together. All around wonderful experience. I would stay again and definitely recommend her place.

This was a great place for our young family. Great parks very nearby and a super nice greenway within walking distance. Cool little downtown area with some fun restaurants and a nice little ice cream shop nearby too.

Rob and Heather were great hosts. The place is exactly as described in the listing. All of their communication was quick and helpful. We stayed a week with our 2 dogs while we were having work done on our home. I appreciated having a desk and monitor in the master since I work remotely. The neighborhood park was great for walking the dogs. We needed to stay an additional night and they were able to accommodate which was greatly appreciated.

It was a perfect place for my family. It had plenty of room, fully equipped kitchen, on-site laundry and plenty of parking. Great location!

Carla’s place was exactly what we needed for a weekend. They were so nice and the place was perfect for us.

Lovely house which is very close to Ballantyne and the surrounding area. Large rooms which can easily accommodate 6 adults. Peter was excellent with communication and very responsive to any questions we had. Highly recommend of looking for a place to stay in South Charlotte

Rachel was very kind and responsive. The property was as described. The place was clean and had all the amenities as described. The house was for sale and a showing was scheduled on the day we were supposed to to leave however, under the circumstances of our situation Rachel didn’t hesitate to reassure us that we could check out as late as we needed to. Thank you so much Rachel for being so kind hearted and understanding of our situation. It really meant a lot to us. I would recommend this property to others.

While in the middle of moving, we got to stay in this beautiful home, which was an ideal location. We truly enjoyed the opportunity to unwind in this spacious house that accommodated us and our two daughters We would happily stay here again when we come back in town to visit

Marina’s place was so convenient for us as we needed a place to stay when our lease ended. She helped us solve through any issues and was so kind.

Location is excellent. Nearby park is great for kids (several playgrounds and one water park). House is nice and just as described. Recommend the place.

Great place, met our expectations. Conveniently located for us. Host was very responsive. Will definitely stay again when back in the neighborhood. (When putting in directions to find the place, go south.)
