Valerie was very responsive with any and all questions that I had. I appreciate the fact that we were able to have our dogs there in the backyard during our state. Plenty of amenities inside the house as well and the best part is that it was only two minutes from our main home which was being remodeled and full of construction workers.

In the Antelope Valley- this is a very well done remodel of a residential garage. It is in a quiet, good neighborhood in Quartz Hill, on the west side of valley A 1 bedroom , 1 full bath, and modern kitchen with smart appliances. A remote controlled fan and a separate remote controlled AC-heat unit in both the living room and bedroom worked well. Temperature control was great. A very large screen Smart TV in living room- remember to bring log in passwords to set up your at home channels. Full size fridge, oven , dishwasher and microwave. Sufficient utensils, and dinnerware, glasses and cups, etc. Stackable modern LG washer and dryer was very efficient. Super comfy bed with a 2nd set of linens and extra blankets. A designated off street parking spot- close to front door. Well lit entry. A responsive, friendly host! Good value. Comfortable, cozy, really enjoyed the stay!

This is our second stay with Andrew in his beautiful home, and once again me and my family had an amazing stay! We felt very at home at this location . We stayed for about 2 months and it fit our family of 5 well. Some amenities That were helpful were , washer /dryer , dishwasher, bathroom heater was lovely especially in the winter , window cooler worked great to cool it off too! Smart tv with WiFi and walking distance to park were all things we enjoyed .

Extremely beautiful house. Well maintained and clean. The pool was also very clean. Lana was responsive immediately you send a message and was always eager to assist with any issue. I would definitely stay here again … thanks !

Garnik was very responsive and made the entire process easy. The home was very comfortable for our party of 10. We especially liked the open downstairs area with tons of seating that made it easy for all of us to gather.

Steve responded quickly to any questions we had. Our family felt at home here. We didn't get a chance to use the pool, but it was very clean and looked refreshing. We go we will definitely get in, on our next visit. There were extra blankets and sheets available for us. It was very comfortable to return to after our busy days out and about. It wasn't too far to the grocery store for us to buy our coffee, food and snacks while we were there. The next time we are in town, we hope to be able to stay here again.

House was great! Very roomy and comfortable. Our host Vicky was amazing! She was very responsive and helpful. We hope to stay there again in the future.

Great host! I will definitely recommend staying at this location. My family and I were displaced from our home suddenly due to water damage and Emanuel was very responsive and worked with me throughout the entire time, which helped relieve some of the stress from the whole ordeal! The home had all the amenities as described and became our second home for many months!

Beautiful and stunning scenery. Incredible mountain views. The hammock along with all the little touches made this place so relaxing and special. A lot easier to find than described. Romantic and adventurous. Outdoor bathroom was a little rough but clean and provided essentials. Really clean inside the dome. Furnace provided plenty of warmth. Great hiking all around the dome. Would love to go back!

Awesome new RV in a great location in Quartz Hill. Got to park right in front of the driveway. Easy access in and out. Nader was a great host and responded quickly to any questions.

Kimberly’s place was more than I expected. She is a very accommodating and caring host. She always communicated when I had questions and was eager to ensure I felt right at home. I can’t recommend this property enough!

Upon leaving Maria actually brought my girlfriend a Starbucks coffee. That alone was just one example of how great the hospitality was. The home is not only beautiful, it’s so close to so many different locations. We came for a trip to Six Flags and left very satisfied.

This place is so beautiful, quiet, secluded and magical! It's about 12 minutes drive from the town of Pearblossom which is very small. It's a small gates area with only a few houses around, but we havn't seen anyone while we stayed there. It's 9 minutes walk from a natural park called "the devil's punch bowl" where you can hike and climb on rocks. We enjoyed it very much with our kids and dog. The house is great! It has lots of bedrooms and beds, fully stocked kitchen (very old appliances but they work), 2 fireplaces, many TV's, awesome play room and a wonderful Jacuzzi (strong jets). We spent time hiking, bathing, playing pool, watching movies and eating. This is a perfect place to check out from the world and enjoy family time. I will also mention that if you go outside early, you will see a few dears! There's a grocery store about 12 minutes drive, we brought a lot of food with us. Wonderful experience!

my guest and i grew up in this house. it was an amazing and fun experience to be back and reminisce about all the memories. Estela was a great host, very easy to talk to and she responding very quickly too. It was such an awesome opportunity to stay in the house i grew up in this vacation. thank you Estela!

Everything as published. Very clean and compact in a very quiet neighborhood. Host was responsive on any question and otherwise respected guest privacy. Checking in and out very simple. Would rent again.

Love love this ranch. The house is amazing with the best , top of the line fixtures, appliances, beds(!!), etc. You’ll be removing pillow cases too, to find the pillows are bamboo cotton! If you see me outside the gate, don’t mind me just getting back to my “happy place”! ;) Tracee (property manager) and Brian (owner) are so great. Tracee is a great point of contact and made my two week trip easy.
