IL COLLE DI FALTUGNANO: immersed in an olive grove on a Tuscan hills and with an amazing view of the valley, the stone cottage has been remarkably recovered a few months ago, a caravanserai a few century ago. In a strategic position close to Florence and Mugello is a good base for exploring Tuscany and be independent at the same time with supermarkets and restaurants just a few minutes away. Close to a farmhouse you can buy fresh local organic ingredients such as bio vegetables, eggs or cheese.

Alle porte del centro storico, zona piazza della Libertà, appena fuori dalla ZTL, 25 min a piedi dalla stazione SMN o 10 min di bus. In summer, with rising global temperatures, it can get extremely hot. As the house is a historic building, installing air conditioning is very difficult. However, every bedroom is equipped with highly effective, silent ceiling fans, and the shaded, breezy terrace offers the perfect spot to unwind.
