When you book a stay at The Urban Oasis, you'll enjoy a stylish experience in this centrally-located pet friendly gem. The guest suite has its own private patio with a small turfed area and ample lighting. You and up to 3 other guests will enjoy the charm of the West side of Denver, an easy walk to vibrant Tennyson Street (~15 min walk), a short distance to RiNo and Downtown (~10 min drive) and convenient to Red Rocks (~20 min drive). Walk to your pick of 3 dispensaries in 5 minutes or less.

This gorgeous private entrance basement includes a bedroom, bunk room and living/entertainment room. We are located near Colorado Mills and backs up to Daniels Park. We are 15 minutes from downtown Denver, 10 minutes from downtown Golden, and 10 minutes from Red Rocks Park. This awesome location is near amazing restaurants and close to Hwy 6 and I-70 for easy access to the mountains and foothills. Please note that we do live upstairs so you might hear some light footsteps during your stay.

Take it easy at this self-contained getaway. Entrance at side of house, combination lock (which locks by itself after 60sec). Perfect for one, could fit two snugly if they share the twin bed. Low (6’ 2”)ceilings. Low shower. The plumbing rumbles when the pump runs. Outdoor areas are the only shared areas. Family members may go out the side door at times. The unit is pet friendly, you can bring your animal. If you are allergic to pets/are over 5’10” the unit might not be a good fit.

European Design Independent Place - Non-Smoking

This private NON SMOKING fully loaded hotel-like bedroom within our house was built from the ground up with separate entrance. This quite place has and outdoor NON SMOKING terrace with nice views of the Rocky Mountain range. It is conveniently located 10 miles from downtown Denver and is at the gateway to many adventures in Colorado rockies. This second floor bedroom suite is ideal for solo adventurers, business travelers, couples and anyone who is interested in exploring Denver.

Lakewood Guesthouse

4.0 Miles to downtown Denver. A small studio house with a full kitchen and small bathroom. Walking distance to the lightrail station, and Sloan's Lake. While the house is nothing fancy, it is comfortable, close to downtown and a close drive to the mountains. The neighborhood is not particularly walk friendly to restaurants and bars, but a very quick Uber to the city. A couple of my favorite places close by are Westfax Brewing and US Thai. 4/20 friendly outside house.

Beautiful, sustainable, all solar home with lots of windows and a view of the mountains in a safe farm-y neighborhood served by Uber, 10 min. from Red Rocks Amphitheater, the charming town of Morrison, Dinosaur Ridge, Bear Creek Lake, hiking/biking and the Rocky Mountains, just 20 min. from downtown Denver, the Broncos, Rockies, etc. Your suite is the lower level of our home with a private entrance & patio . No smoking—cigarettes, vaping, or marijuana. No Pets or animals.

Nice and clean guest apartment with sectional sofa sleeper has a memory foam mattress, queen bed, 50" ultra smart TV with Netflix and free Wi-Fi, coffeemaker. Completely separate entrance through dedicated front door and completely separate living space. Full furnished kitchen and full bathroom. Good location on quiet dead-end street. Close to Downtown Denver, Edgewater, Sloan's Lake, The Highlands, shopping, food,  restaurants, Red Rocks, Rocky Mountains.
