We rented this place to be near our son and hoped to use the outdoor patio. it was too cold for them, although I sat out there. It was a fantastic location and we'd definitely consider it again if the kids are still living in the same area when we visit. It was roomy, comfortable had fabulous access to just about anywhere we wanted to visit. It was in a quiet space and a pleasant place to hang out. If you're a pet person, you'd probably love this rental, as well.

Thankful for this gem for our staycation while displaced due to our furnace giving out. Tamela was super communicative and supportive through the whole thing. Even gave up her secret bedding finds as the beds were SO comfy! Our kids loved the house as well, the front porch is so cozy and inviting and it felt like our home away from home. Thank you!

Enjoyed my time here! Lots of space and the fenced years was great for my little dog. Good location near downtown Ferndale on a nice, quiet street. I had some trouble getting into the house at first, but the host was very responsive and found a solution.

We stayed for a short weekend and the space was perfect. Very clean and exactly as described. It’s clear Caitlin takes pride in her property and guest experience. The park next door was great space for our dog to get a nice walk in as well. 10/10 would recommend. We will be staying there again during our next trip to Detroit!

We stayed here for a week with our baby. Love how family-friendly the hosts and space were. It’s peaceful, quiet, and cozy! The washer/dryer was especially helpful and worked really well. The location is great, we walked to the little downtown area every single day. The internet is on the slow side, so you might have a hard time if you’re working remotely and/or have video calls. Overall, we had an awesome stay and would definitely recommend this place.

This Airbnb was in a great location- quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the town and the rest of my family. The house was clean. The instructions on how to get in were clear. There was plenty of space for 7 of us to stay. The house was very affordable, especially for last minute travel. The host was quick to respond to my messages. I will definitely recommend this place to any visiting family members of mine.

We loved this place. Perfect location for fishing the Detroit River. Kal is an amazing host. We had everything we needed. Definitely will stay here again.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb in Amherstburg. Convenient location, responsive host and lots of fun in the pool. We hope to be back soon!

I really enjoyed my stay at the house, it was in a perfect location for me, super easy to find, and simple easy check in and check out, Mateos's was always available if needed and always very responsive to any messages or communication we had during my stay, he was a great host and I would highly recommend staying here and I would certainly stay again if I'm back in the area and the home is available, especially in the summer with the home having a pool, it is winter now and the home was great it would be over the top with the pool in the summer, a great place to stay!

The place was spacious and had lots of fun games available. The little theater room was great and even had a game console with games available to use. Bathroom and kitchen were stocked with nice extra amenities (popcorn, snacks and a full bathroom kit in case you need it). Definitely plan on booking this place again when the pool opens!

The place was absolutely gorgeous! also the neighborhood was quiet that it was a nice change of pace for us to rest after working at a noisy environment. Felt like home 🏡

We loved our stay at the cottage. It was peaceful and had all required amenities and we enjoyed. We would want to visit again once in summer.

I visited a really beautiful house with a great vibe. The best part was the pool — super clean and relaxing. Loved the whole place! I would love to visit again!

G was a great host. Responded quickly and helped us out when we needed it. After a scheduling mix up he did everything he could to accommodate us. He was very friendly but left us alone unless we reached out with questions. The sunroom was bright and cheery (could use some blinds so we could see the tv, we hung a blanket one afternoon). Bathrooms, towels and linens were clean and the house was tidy and roomy! Walking distance to some good restaurants.

Maylinn’s place was a perfect home away from home on a family trip to the Detroit area for Thanksgiving. The home is cute, with lots of nice updates, and was the perfect size for our family of three people and one dog. Everything was exceptionally clean — above expectations. Our 11 year old daughter enjoyed her room and thought the trundle was cool. Our dog loved having a yard to play in. We were glad we brought his tie out, as only three sides of the yard were fully enclosed. But it worked out just fine. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook dinner and make breakfast. There was a washer/dryer. One thing to note is that there was no dining table. There is one eating bar with two bar stools and another table with two bar stools. We would definitely stay here again. Great place for the price and really wonderful to have our dog with us. (He does give a “snort” for not being allowed on the furniture. But we explained it was better than being left at home. He agreed.)

Very safe feeling in downtown Windsor. Parking included and separate entrance. I’ve stayed here a few times now and will continue to try and book it when I’m in town.

Loved the stay… in town for our son’s wedding and Gabe’s house offered us a nice place to visit with our family… loved it!!!

Just spend a very relaxing week at LIana’s lake front cottage. We all had a wonderful vacation. There is a beautiful deck and hot tub to enjoy the views of Lake Erie in the backyard. It also has its own little beach where you can go for a swim everyday to cool off. It is so quiet with the only sound being the breeze coming off the water. Check in was very smooth and LIana was such a wonderful host. Anytime I had a question before and during our stay she got back to me right away. It definitely felt like home away from home and I loved the fact that it was also dog friendly so I could bring my dog with us. My dog had a blast on the beach going swimming everyday. All in all a great experience that I would definitely recommend. Thanks again LIana for everything. We all enjoyed our stay and were very sad to leave.

Such a charming space in a beautiful house! I love the character of older homes and this one is great. Radiant heat kept the place plenty warm. Host was a great communicator. Bed was VERY comfortable. I’d definitely return.

Mrs. Arlene responded quickly and her hospitality is unmatched. She made sure that me and my love had a very peaceful, stress-free stay. I would definitely recommend and I would stay again.

The Urban Cottage was a lovely get away for my husband, myself and our pup! The outdoor area is very spacious with areas for our dog to run loose! She loved it in the back open field area! We were introduced to the space and given keys by Steve. He was nice and informative. It is not self check in so you will tell them it ETA. Sarah was nice via messaging as well. You felt immediately comfortable! The space has a fun vibe and I enjoyed journaling and drinking tea out by the creek at the outdoor table. I found the cemetery very nice behind the property, there were people who use the trail back there, we didn’t explore it ourselves. The shower was small but nice and had shampoo, conditioner and soap. Everything was very clean. The Keurig was an added bonus and there were a lot of plates, bowls, utensils and cups! The bed was very comfy and the comforter was really warm! We had a great sleep! The photos are all accurate and it is decorated beautifully. Thank you for a wonderful stay! A+!

Get place for a family to spend time in Detroit. Will stay again.
