Can't say enough great things about Jonathan and his place! We loved staying there, felt right at home, we were there with 5 kids and there was always something fun for them to do, swimming in the pool and hot tub, s'mores by the fire, pool, air hockey, pacman was a hit, basketball, and lots of games, books and movies to choose from. There was plenty of space to spread out and feel comfortable and Jonathan added so many thoughtful touches to our stay - greeting us with an Apple Pie on the kitchen counter, a bowl of chocolates in the entry way and plenty of coffee. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, there were plenty of towels for showers and swimming, life jackets were supplied. The kids said they wanted to move there : ). Need I say more? haha

He was wonderful! I spend the weekend before my wedding and needed a place that was relaxing and cozy and this was exactly it !!! He received us with flowers as congratulations he made sure everything was perfect ! Everyone that stayed loved the air bnb. This will for sure be my go to place when I come back for vacations 🖤 If you are thinking about it do it the price is so worth it

The house was located in a nice neighborhood. It was very clean, cozy and peaceful. we especialy enjoyed the sun room with a beautiful lake view.

If you're coming to Tampa for more than 2 weeks, LOOK NO FURTHER! This property is going to be your FAVORITE place to stay! Being right outside of the hustle and bustle of Tampa, this home is quite, pristine and well kept. The lake in the backyard is stunning and we fished every day! You can have dinners on the boat dock and enjoy the sunset and the birds flying by. It was an oasis for us while we stayed for 5 weeks for a medical trip. The home is clean and had the best stocked spice pantry for cooking needs. Waking up every day to that lake is magical and we were so grateful we stayed here. Brian is a great host! He was responsive and friendly, even bringing over fishing poles and a gift for our son. The house is kid friendly with many games and a tree house in the backyard. Our son caught his first fish at this house. The beds are extremely comfortable and the house is well decorated and updated. We loved the screened in patio too. We will stay here again! We rented the lakehouse to go to Legoland with no other plans. The place was as described and very nice. Bed was comfortable and everything was clean. The dock was nice and our son even wrote "walk to the dock" in the guest book of things to do. The house is close to Legoland, Lakeland, and Winter Haven. It took us 1 hour to get to Tampa, so location wise you could do any theme park in the Orlando area or go to Tampa within a 1 hour drive. The host was very responsive for the few messages we exchanged. Luckily we encountered zero issues but I would imagine she'd be just as responsive if needed. The house is off what I consider a busy road, but once inside the gate it's not bad. All rooms had noise makers, which we thought were a nice touch! There is a Publix right around the corner and that was convenient. Overall I would highly recommend this property. It's far enough out to be peaceful but close enough to do most attractions in the central FL area.

5 stars all around! I just spent 5 nights at the Treehouse and hated to leave. I'm in sync with all the other reviews as they say it all! Perfect place just off the highways but close to the necessities in the Orlando/Lakeland area. Delightful views on Lake Ariana and plenty of rabbits and squirrels to watch while relaxing at the end of the day. Joni and Dennis were wonderful hosts and just a text away to answer any questions. Definitely will stay here again when I get back to the area. BOOK IT!

The river right at your back door was awesome. Access to the canoes and kayaks was great. It was very peaceful. Absolutely loved it. Definitely roasted marshmallows at night. Great deal for the price. I was surprised it was so affordable considering we were RIGHT on the water. MY social media LOVED THIS AIRBNB , lol Didn’t really run into anybody that was renting other units so it was very private. It was clean and the host was very polite and responded right away.

Jodi was always very responsive. We ended up having to do a late check in, and Jodi was very responsive. I was grateful that he allowed us to bring our dog to his home. The backyard is simply amazing. If you can, let him know in advanced the time of your check in and tell him about your A/C temperature preference, as the control is in his home. Even when we checked in late, he was attentive and accommodating in regards to this too.

We absolutely loved Rachel’s place! The location was perfect—convenient to Universal and Discovery Cove, and we had dinner at Disney Springs every night with just a short drive back. One of our favorite parts was being right on the lake—it added a peaceful, relaxing touch to a busy amusement park vacation. The condo itself is spacious, and the master bedroom feels like a true oasis. If you’re looking for the perfect mix of fun and relaxation, this is it. I’ve already recommended it to all my friends!

I’ve been to a lot of Airbnb’s and the decor in this one was one of my favorites. Very comfortable bed. Lots of towels, toilet paper and soaps. The location was perfect for me because it’s right by my friend’s house so I was visiting. I went to a couple of different lakes and watch the sunrise. Had a couple of nice meals in Winterhaven would definitely definitely stay here again.

The location was great. It’s a quick drive to Peppa Pig Theme Park, Artcade and Whitehead Blueberry Farm. The walk to Grove Roots Brewery was less than 10mins. Bok Tower is a 30mins drive. The house was very kid friendly! We have a 4 month old and 2 year old. It worked out so well. The hosts were very nice! We would stay there again!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem Cottage. Es ist sehr schön eingerichtet, man fühlt sich direkt sehr wohl. Es ist alles vorhanden was man für den Alltag benötigt. Die Kommunikation war super, bei Fragen hat man sehr schnell eine Antwort erhalten bzw. Hilfe bekommen. Die Lage ist super. Alle Themenparks sind in ca. 20 min. zu erreichen. Die Anlage selbst ist sehr ruhig. Am Pool kann man die Sonne und ruhe genießen. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Private and peaceful location, convenient to Disney and the West side of Orlando

We had a great stay! We loved the view and loved feeding the baby goats and cows! We came for a trip to check out the Weeki Wachi springs and it was about 20 minutes away, so very close. The cabin was cozy, comfortable and had everything we needed. Brandy was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend this place to a friend!

We enjoyed our stay at Corrie's. Very private and people were very friendly!! Unit was very clean and comfortable. The only thing I would change is the location for Public's Grocery in the guest book. It is only a few miles up the road. Also, McDonald about the same distance. Love staying there!!!

Isabel’s Historical Cottage was a great stay for us. She left all sort of welcoming niceties around and made us feel right at home.

I booked this air bnb for a girls weekend trip and we had a great time! The neighborhood is peaceful and right next to the park. Once you enter the gate it’s like being in your own secluded community. We used the pool, sauna, and game room. Jerome was responsive and super helpful with any questions we had. We loved the interior decor of the cottage and the little porch in the front. We were so happy with this find and really enjoyed our stay.

Kristin’s guest house is absolutely lovely, clean, and beautifully furnished (provides more than adequate supplies and linens.) She also made sure we had sunscreen and outdoor mosquito repellent…( after all, this is Florida with a lake location, surrounded by lush greenery and occasional mosquitos). But it is so worth it to sit out near the dock in the evening with a glass of wine. And her outdoor patio table looks out on the lake and great for coffee or breakfast. The pictures are exactly like her house. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, and many activities. The Dalí museum is about 30 minute drive to nearby St Petersburg and highly recommend it. (About 20 minutes from Moffit Cancer Center which is why we were in Tampa) Kristin is very committed to your having a great experience. Highly recommend this place.
