We were very happy to find this gem for a quiet and relaxing winter getaway. Met and exceeded expectations and probably one of the cleanest places we have stayed at. Thank you Stanley! Also the extra games and little amenities, surround sound system, etc… that are included at the property really made the stay that much better.

5 stars! Chris and Rachel were absolutely wonderful hosts! So kind, welcoming, and incredibly flexible with our busy hockey travel schedule. They made us feel right at home and were amazing with our kids—letting them play freely with theirs and explore the beautiful property. The kids had an absolute blast! Communication was always prompt and helpful, and their home was just as warm and inviting as they were. Highly recommend this space for families, especially those with children of any age. We’re already looking forward to our next stay during the next Portage hockey tournament! 🏒🥅

loved this cabin set up so nicely, perfect open layout and alloted space to accommodate being around each other yet have own space. The huge island was my favorite but all the finished in the place are on point. lots of laughs and memories made. Tyler was consistently responsive to messages. hope to go back in summer and try out the plunge pool.

This place was wonderful. It had everything to make you feel at home. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. From cooking, relaxing in the hot tub, playing games, going for walks and sitting by the fireplace. Yana was very quick to respond to all my questions. Nothing was missing in the well stocked kitchen. Would definitely recommend this place.

The property and amenities were absolutely top notch. Alicia was a joy to deal with. Very quick and concise information. I have zero complaints or criticisms. I would stay here again in an instant.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Verde! The hot tub and sauna were absolutely perfect and made the experience so relaxing. Amanda was incredibly responsive and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Very cozy private little cabin with lots of room. Great assortment of cooking utensils with access to a BBQ and firepit. Enjoy it all and relax in the hot tub before bed! Great spot!!

Really lovely cabin in the woods for a quick winter getaway. Kim was always communicative and the Airbnb was exactly as described, if not better. The bedrooms were comfy and the whirlpool tub was really fun and relaxing! I also really appreciated that the listing was pet-friendly - we brought our cat, and he loved basking in the sun and watching squirrels from the window sills. Overall, great value and lovely place to stay. Thank you!

We loved every aspect of this place. It provided the perfect staycation, featuring a stunning waterfront view, a cozy living room and kitchen, a spacious deck complete with a BBQ and fire pit, and just a two-minute walk to the water. We have no complaints! Stephanie was friendly and incredibly responsive. We highly recommend this place! 😊

We had an amazing weekend at Stephanie's charming cabin! The bonfire was wonderfully warm, creating the perfect atmosphere for relaxing evenings under the stars. This beautiful cabin has the most fully stocked kitchen I have ever seen, a coffee/ wine bar, lovely dining and living room area to play games/ relax and quiet bedrooms. All this and pet friendly too! Only a short walk to Lake Winnipeg.

It was a great experience, me and my friends hasd soo much fun. Love both the exterior’s and interior’s. Appliances and cutleries are complete. Everything we need are there. Sooo comfy and clean. We’ll definitely come back in this cabin.

I stayed at Marcia’s cabin the first week of April, as I wanted a peaceful and relaxing spring break getaway. The cabin is perfect for a quiet retreat - cozy with everything needed. The weather when I was there was mild winter weather, and although there was still lots of snow, I enjoyed sitting in the sunshine on Marcia’s beautiful back deck. This cabin is pet-friendly and my little beagle loved the fenced backyard. The cabin is two blocks from the lake, and we walked nightly to view the sunset over the vast snowy landscape. The cabin had everything I needed, including soft luxurious bedding, coffee bar, wood stove, and the relaxation that comes with a cozy wood cabin. I hope to return either in the summer months when the lakes and parks are active, or again in late winter when seeking rest and relaxation.

Was a great place for us to stay on our winter fishing trip. Peaceful and private neighborhood with lots of landings close by to access the lake.

Great place to stay when ice fishing on Lake Winnipeg. Good communication and helped us out with local recommendations when we needed it. The porch was nice in the winter - functioned a bit like a "mud room" where you can come in wearing outside gear, take it off, and not drag snow and other stuff inside. Comfortable, clean place.

The cabin was very adequate for the 5 of us up on a stay for a fishing trip to Hecla and Gull Harbour. Clean, equipped kitchen, and the washer/dryer were nice when it rained to get the rain gear dried off. Deck area and the fireplace were great to sit around in the evening after supper. The hosts were quite responsive and always timely if we had questions or needed something. Great overall experience and plan to be back!

I booked this place to host my friend’s bachelor party getaway and I think this was one of the best places to do it. Right in front of the water, very peaceful and the environment was serene. Tracy was an incredible host and she really defined the super host of Airbnb. She really made the cabin feel like a home and in the future, I feel like we didn’t need anything. She even had spices for us. It was super great. I will definitely book with her in the future, if you’re looking for somewhere peaceful, by the water, and can accommodate more than 8 people, I definitely recommend giving this place a try. It was worth every penny. By the way, there’s two patios here, they’re both screened and my fave place to have breakfast and supper. Thank you again to Tracy for treating us like family ❤️

We had a wonderful stay at Eagle’s Point Retreat. The cabin is charming and cozy, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved the peaceful area and the beautiful beach nearby.

Magical woodland oasis. Grateful we were able to stay at Wildpath Refuge. What a beautiful, peaceful place to stay. We enjoyed the comfy loft and futon bed (and the bedding), the porch swing in the evening light, walking the trails, the sauna (and the cold plunge), and the cozy fire in the cabin. Thank you. We look forward to staying again soon.
