John’s place was the perfect respite for our multi-day stay! The clean and cozy space is perfectly situated close to trails and parks for our Australian shepherd, but only a short drive to all the shopping you’d need (e. g. ShopRite for groceries and necessities). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and know you will too!

Altin's place in Wolcott was a perfect place to stay when we were in CT for a wedding. It was a spacious one bedroom apartment with a very private entrance. It had some exceptional details like a gorgeous kitchen and a bathroom with a phenomenal rain shower which also had spigots that could shoot water from the sides. There even was a ping-pong table if you are so inclined. The place was immaculate and instructions were very clear. Thank you for a wonderful , comfortable stay!

Adorable place and neighborhood. I am originally from the New Haven area and very familiar with Branford. Nice to fine a cute and private location and still be within reasonable driving distance to downtown New Haven and the surrounding area.

Toute notre famille a adoré cette merveilleuse villa et son jardin au bord de la mer. La maison est magnifique, très spacieuse, très belle, très confortable, très bien équipée. Tout est bien pensé, bien organisé, très propre, très bien rangé. Nous avons vécu le rêve américain ! Une très belle expérience que nous recommandons avec enthousiasme.

Jan's house was a great stay with plenty of room for six adults. We loved the game room and outdoor hot tub. Instructions for the hot tub were clear and easy to follow. We'd definitely stay again!

Had a great stay at Andrew’s Air Bnb. It was very close to numerous wineries, breweries, and restaurants. It was the perfect location for a weekend get away, with a house that would’ve been worth it in the middle of nowhere! We will be back!

We were all very happy with the check-in/check-out. Instructions were clear and host left helpful information. Beds were quite comfortable. More than enough space for all. Laundry room was a plus. Easy to access town & beach. Lovely place - quiet - clean. Would definitely book again.

we rented La Spiaggia in December, and while it's mostly going to be more beautiful and better in the summer (since it's a beach house) it was still perfectly fine in the winter; well insulated and with good strong heaters. speaking of the beach I can't stress enough of how close this place is to the water; I'm talking literally ten steps to the sand. I would certainly recommend the place as a great summer getaway!
