First, the house was very nice; comfortable yet clean and elegant. Second, the property is well taken care of. Our family had a wonderful and much needed relaxing time. Everything was perfect.

We loved our stay in this tiny home! Everything was great-- the space was sweetly decorated and well-thought-out. I loved the light through the windows in the morning. The kitchen was very well stocked with quality cookware, and the location was convenient to the Renaissance Festival and doing a few other things in Austin. When we ran out of paper towels, management came over and got more for us almost immediately-- very attentive. The neighborhood of tiny homes is cute, tucked in the back of an RV resort.

Our group of girls absolutely LOVED our stay! This house was perfect. Beautifully decorated, clean, and had everything we needed for a fabulous stay. It looked even cuter in person. The house was so close to everything - just a quick uber or walk away. The hosts were so accommodating, flexible, and so quick to respond to any questions we had. 11/10 stay!! We will absolutely be back for our next trip.

We had a great stay at Chuck’s Airbnb! It was wonderful to have one floor living as my mother cannot do stairs very well. Before I booked, Chuck confirmed this. Pictures were accurate and description was accurate. Chuck was very responsive and addressed all my questions. My kids loved the flex space and my mother taught them how to play blackjack and poker with the cards and chips provided in the home! I highly recommend Chuck’s home and would stay here again!

We stayed here for my 30th birthday trip, and it was amazing! The house was spotless, and all the beds were super comfortable! The location was perfect, allowing us to explore the area easily. Robin was really quick to respond to our questions. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great getaway!

Seven of us stayed in this home for our friend's 30th birthday. We knew we wanted to be in East Austin, and it did not disappoint. Fit our group perfectly, relatively close to all of East Austin, easy to get to and from the airport, and hosts were incredibly responsive! We will be back!

Everything was delivered as promised as far as amenities and what to expect on arrival. Nice coffee shop and breakfast in lobby. Very nice room and bed. Rooftop pool was very relaxing. Wife enjoyed it as well! Will be back! Cons: Lighting in room. Room key sometimes malfunctioned in elevator. Suggestion: room keys on apps. Needed more ice. Overall 8/10 Good Value

The rental was nice and clean which is very important and I was totally satisfied by the quality of the furniture. The location was really handy as it’s close to the airport and just as close to downtown. There is a grocery store close that delivered groceries to us and we were able to cook some meals while we were there. “Garden View” is a stretch and I did not realize it’s part of an apartment complex that is possibly built to house college students. It makes in nice because all the rooms have their own bathroom but it has that vibe and just took me by surprise. Drew was very attentive if we needed anything and check in was super easy. I would definitely recommend staying there though as the pros far outweighed any cons.

Check in was quick and easy. The space was clean and comfortable. Plenty of towels for the week which I appreciated. Quick response time when I messaged with questions. Decent gym, pool, and outdoor space and located in a fantastic area - super walkable, right next to Rainey St and the river/trails. Had a great stay and would come back!

Check in was easy and the room was clean. We were happy to have a couple laundry pods and an in unit washer and dryer.

Nomadic's Vacation Rental was a wonderful place to stay in Austin. It was easy to get to and they were very clear with instructions. I would definitely recommend!

Absolutely loved my stay! The space was immaculate, did not spot a single stain or dust bunny anywhere. The hosts provided important supplies that I greatly appreciated as somebody who flew into Austin from Chicago. Bathroom had plenty of soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. There were water bottles, modelos and wine in the fridge when I checked in. The unit was also very spacious especially for a studio, and the desk had plenty of space for my laptop, portable monitor and other belongings. Last but not least, the location is perfect. Comfortable neighborhood that was close to the action but also very quiet at night. Within a 15-20 minute walk of much of East Austin's finest establishments, and about a 10 minute uber from downtown. I would come back in a heartbeat!

Stunning view. Only a 20ish minute walk downtown which was nice. BnB had everything we needed for the weekend. Pro Tip: There's a fresh water spicket inside the fridge so no need to find a filling station!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the 98 Island Dr. # 11, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. From the moment I checked in to the moment I checked out, everything was absolutely spotless and impeccably clean. They made the check-in process a breeze, and gave me all the information I needed to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The unit itself was modern and stylish, with all the amenities I could ask for. The bed was comfortable and cozy, and the linens were fresh and clean. The bathroom was also spotless, with plenty of towels and toiletries available. Throughout my stay, I was impressed by the attention to detail when it came to cleaning and sanitation. Overall, I highly recommend the 98 Island Dr. # 11, for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable stay. I would definitely stay here again in the future!

A great stay for me and my best friends vacation and location Is so close to everything

We had a wonderful girls trip to Austin. Accommodations were perfect! Loved our pristine and modern condo and the amazing view of downtown Austin. Check-in and checkout was easy and there was always a staff person at the front desk if we needed anything. We loved how the building was walking distance to Ladybird Lake and the beautiful trail. We wished we had had more time so we could have gone canoeing. At arrival we were a bit disappointed that some of the areas we wanted to visit were an uber ride away. But by day 2 that wasn’t an issue at all. A short uber ride got us where we wanted to go. This was our first time in Austin and it definitely won’t be our last! We ate bbq, went to an amazing show (Esther’s Follies), listened to live bluegrass music, went to a gospel brunch, learned line dancing, visited a sculpture garden and the art museum on the UT campus, ate and drank well and shopped. But there is more we still want to explore in the wonderful city of Austin! We will be back!!

Easy check in and access. The place I stayed in was considerably quiet given the hustle and bustle in the common areas. The staff were responsive to any maintenance concerns I bought to their attention, which were minor.

Great place, close to everything but far enough to not be in the middle of everything. Loved the pool as well.
