Very peaceful and beautiful place, my family and I enjoyed it so much, my 70 old father and the adult grandkids said that is the new family vacation spot for summers when we go to visit our daughter. Very rustic, but well taken care of property. My dad loved the coffee they provided.

David and I were visiting for my daughter’s wedding nearby, we found this gem to stay in and also booked another nearby cabin for my daughter and her husband for their wedding night. We brought our fur baby who absolutely loved the space and outdoors. House is private and lots of space with everything you need for the week or weekend. Kathleen was super nice!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Kristen’s place. We enjoyed dinner nearby on Lake Palestine, caught a few fish in the pond, enjoyed the hot tub, and slept well. It was definitely an outdoorsy, off the grid stay for us and that is what we wanted. The cabin was clean and we enjoyed the complimentary coffee, sodas, and snacks. Thank you Kristen for hosting.

I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND this place!!! This house was gorgeous and very well-kept! The owners thought of everything that travelers may need. They also had various snacks, movies, and games for the children. The grounds were beautiful and peaceful. The owners have bird feeders up, so it was really nice getting to see all the birds flying around the backyard. There were so many beautiful cardinals and we saw 1 blue jay. Stephanie and Jan were such friendly and amazing people! Whatever we needed, they always answered quickly. The home was very comfortable and we had such a good stay! We were even allowed to have visitors! Most of the Airbnbs that we have stayed at did not allow visitors, so it was nice to be able to have our family over. We will definitely stay here again!

My husband and I rented this cabin for 3 Days 2 nights anniversary stay. We really enjoyed the seclusion of not being super close to Neighbors, surrounded by trees and nature. It was very peaceful and Serene. The cabin had many amenities to keep us entertained while having romantic evenings. We loved the vaulted ceilings, the large porches, the hot tub, the porch swing was one of my favorite places to sit, and we loved the large two shower head shower. It was also cool that there was trails to the pond and other games to play in the coffee table. We had such a good time there and would recommend this cabin for any reason to go stay there. We hope to return in the future!

Peaceful getaway. We enjoyed our stay in the family cabin. The beds were very comfortable and there’s a nice back deck to sit on that’s enjoyable for morning coffee or a nice evening.

John's place has a beautiful view of the lake with nice porches to hang out. The house is decorated with unique items that are interesting to look at. I was able to relax and unwind. He is a very responsive host and I look forward to returning.

This was our second time to stay at Bob’s place in the guest house. The place is super nice and I recommend highly. The only thing we didn’t enjoy this time was there was another family in the main house that took up the main dock the entire time we were there. The family was super nice and I didn’t feel like it was my place to asked them for some time on that dock. Bob is in the process of building another dock so that will be shored up soon. There will be plenty of room when he is all done. Other than sharing the place with another family you couldn’t ask for a better place. It’s clean and beautiful. Thanks again Bob.

Morgan’s place is great with picture perfect lake and sunset views. The hosts are very respectful and responsive. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a nice getaway in the area.

This is an excellent place to enjoy and have fun with families and friends during weekends. Very scenic and lake front house with fire pit is a highlight. Lots of amenities for the kids and adults to enjoy. Safe neighborhood as well.

This was a great place to stay! The home and property were beautiful and in a very peaceful location. The weekly cleaning service was amazing for our group. Kathy and Jeff were very helpful and communicative as well. I would recommend being hosted by them to anyone and would definitely stay there again!

This house is very spacious and has a wonderful view. We really enjoyed the back patio for meals!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Very peaceful to look at the green pastures and see horses and goats. We used the hot tub twice and loved you provided robes and towels. This place is walking distance to the Sugar Ridge Winery. So that was great for tastings. Location was great and close to a general store with great sushi and desserts. Delinda had an injury and her husband took over for her but she was in communication via the app. The location is great as on a bluebonnet trail.

Easy to find just outside of town yet private. Very beautiful scenery and peaceful. Pool was nice, plenty of seating inside and out. Firepit, fireplace inside and out on patio. Kitchen very nice and plenty of room. Lawana sent directions and details right in time and checked to see if we made it there on . Very responsive!

Beautiful family retreat with access to the most peaceful lake. Trips on the paddle boat, the fire pit, great handout and sleeping spaces make this an ideal spot for holidays and vacations. I highly recommend and hope to return! The place is very clean, well stocked (no dishwasher though!), bedding is comfy and plentiful, and the host is excellent and helpful!

We drove over there from New Braunfels for a wedding. The home was able to accommodate our multiple families comfortably. We loved the quiet, peaceful atmosphere all around. The pool was amazing and the place had everything we needed the entire stay. We had no need to go explore the town and just enjoyed the time we had. Briana was very helpful when I had questions and responded within minutes. She was amazing, attentive and friendly. We will definitely be booking there again in the near future.

My husband and I live in Florida. we flew up to Dallas to visit our daughter for her 30th birthday. I wanted somewhere nice that had a private pool and hot tub that we could relax together and Roslyn 's home was perfect! Her home is spacious and well stocked. We used the pool and hot tub every day. The kitchen was easy to cook in. There were plenty of TV's for everyone. We we sad to leave. This was our first time in Roslett. It is a wonderful town and the home is very close to everything. We will definitely book again if we come back to this area!

Just want to express my gratitude to Gerard and Ramona for the use of their place. My parents live 2.3 miles away and we wanted to have my family down from Northern VA for the holidays. This included my youngest daughter's boyfriend's family from California, who after the weekend became family as my daughter's boyfriend proposed to her at the Cowboys/Redskins game. Even though we were not there much of the time the place is much larger than the square footage indicates and the place is immaculate. Eventually my Mom and Dad will be moving to an even smaller place in a retirement facility and I plan on coming back to the Little Red cabin! On suggestion for our circumstances in particular would be to remove the materials on the driveway. Even though we had ample space to park the 42' fifth wheel RV, having the extra room would have made jockeying around a bit easier. Regardless, this place was a godsend for what my family needed this Christmas, not just in its proximity but also in its overall comfortableness. Thank you very much for providing a place that allowed so many of us to come together for an unforgettable Holiday!!
