Blueberry Hill: Spectacular Lake Superior View

Blueberry Hill is a custom-built heated Tiny Home located on 8 acres of private land with easy access on a well-maintained private road just off of Hwy 61 in Hovland, MN. The tiny home has two comfortable sleeping areas both overlooking Lake Superior. The loft has a queen mattress, and the lower area has a 7-foot-long padded bench. All electricity is supplied by solar panels mounted on the roof that keep the lights, and outlets, and mini fridge supplied. The Tiny Home is 8.5' wide and 20' long.

The resort features our popular bar/restaurant located directly on the ATV trail network. Amenities include a private boat launch & dock access. Our property is situated near the town center of Iron River, Wisconsin.
