This boathouse is an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by its beauty and tranquility. The space is immaculately clean, thoughtfully designed, and perfectly situated for a peaceful getaway. The nights here are magical—completely quiet except for the soothing sounds of wildlife and water gently lapping against the dock. Waking up to the sunrise over the water was an experience we’ll never forget; it was simply breathtaking and worth every penny. The host clearly put a lot of care into making this place feel like a true retreat. If you’re looking for serenity, stunning views, and a pristine, relaxing environment, this boathouse is a dream come true. We can’t wait to come back!

We were in town for a Bass Tournament on Lake Seminole - Lori's place was perfect, located mid lake and very close to boat ramps. Her house had plenty of space for boat parking with easy access to power to charge batteries at night. The house was spotless when we arrived and easy to access with a keypad lock on the door. AC and Wi-Fi worked great and a TV in every room if you need some down time. Overall, a great place and great value for the money.

Such an amazing spot! Gorgeous sunsets. Great for our families Spring Break. Far away from “Spring breakers”. Josh responds to any questions or needs within 20 minutes. Huge backyard, great for cornhole & lawn games. Approx. 50 min from the beach (due to Spring Break traffic), otherwise it wouldn’t take that long. (We knew this!) The converted garage to game room was a hit with our kids (10 yo to 18 yo) We had epic ping pong & darts battles over the 3 full days that we were there. Definitely an amazing spot!

We were in town for a soccer tournament and decided to book a home instead of the normal hotel rooms. The home was just what we needed after a long day at the fields; beautiful views, inviting home with everything we needed, and a comfortable peaceful atmosphere that made winding down easy. We will be back next season!

The house was amazing. There was so much to do. Plenty of room for my big family. Love being able to wake up, drink my coffee and look at the water. Rebecca was amazing and so sweet. I would definitely book again.

I can't say enough great things about this home! it is immaculate! Donald gave very clear checkin instructions and even let us checkin early which was very helpful. The home was exactly as pictured and described. The lake and use of the row boat made the kids with us very happy. Not to mention breathtaking sunsets! I loved the amount of extra pillows and blankets. Everyone always needs one more and we had plenty. The kitchen was fully stocked and very clean. Bathrooms also very clean. Screened in porch was a nice extra bonus. Donald is a fabulous host. I had a few questions and he was very responsive and helpful. The home is very spacious, comfortable and clean. The price makes this home an absolute steal! Booking your vacation at this little slice of heaven is the best decision you'll ever make!!

Mr. Randall’s listing exceeded all expectations. The serene and peaceful surroundings offered the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. His home was warm, inviting, and well maintain. One of the highlights was his dock, without a doubt one of the best I've ever had the pleasure of enjoying. The small housing on the dock provided a cozy spot to relax when I got tired of fishing– it was the ideal place to take a break and enjoy the view. Mr. Randall was a true gem. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel like old friends. He and my husband hit it off right away, and we spent hours chatting about fishing and life. Mr. Randall generously shared his knowledge of fishing, and even helped clean the enormous catfish we caught. His kindness and hospitality truly made the experience unforgettable. If I could give this listing 10 stars, I absolutely would! The warmth of the welcome we received set the tone for our entire stay. Thank you for everything...You are awesome!!

Our group had a wonderful stay in Bob & Sherry’s place. The home was spacious and immaculate. The yard and lake were peaceful and beautiful. It was the perfect location for enjoying Lake Talquin & the surrounding forests, as well as visiting Tallahassee. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed the well appointed home. It was close to town but a relaxing space close to nature. Would recommend it highly to anyone interested in exploring the area.

Erin was super sweet and so welcoming! The house is super spacious and offered lots of amenities! The only thing to watch out for is the mosquitos, they’re everywhere and easily get in the house because it’s by a lake, obviously out of Erin’s control but just something to keep in mind. Other than that, we loved it here so much!

Nice get away for our family from the hustle and bustle of the city. Amazing view of the lake and very peaceful.

The place is fantastic! The only downside was the amount of gnats in the carport and amount of spiders/spider webs all over the outside, but just cosmetic stuff. Other than that it was incredible! Would love to book this spot again.

A wonderful quiet country atmosphere on Lake Ellen. Fully stocked house with extras. Loved the hidden gem lake property with plenty of gliders and rockers throughout to sooth your soul. Very relaxing. Wonderful kitchen. Added bonus: grandma's quilts. Their father's renovations are top notch. We will be back. Thank you so much for a good time! Shannon

A wonderful location in Midtown with great restaurants nearby and easy access to FSU—perfect for our graduation weekend. The home was nicely decorated, very clean, and the beds were comfortable. We appreciated the extra touches, including bottled water, a variety of coffee pods, and snacks. The backyard was peaceful and quiet, providing a relaxing retreat. Samantha was an excellent and responsive host. This is a great place to stay—I highly recommend it!

My girls and I’s stay was incredible! Purple Diamond Property always communicated with us actively and was so helpful and kind! The house was beautiful, and it looked exactly like the pictures! Thank you so much for opening up your beautiful home!

Kelsey is a great host! She was very responsive. Whenever there was an issue she answered within an hour or 2. My group and I enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend staying with Kelsey!

This is the best AirBNB that I've ever stayed at. Clean, modern, excellent location, everything a guest would need is provided, perfect central location. Beautiful home, I would definitely book again.

Great location - 10 min walk to the beach & half an hour drive to the airport!

The condo was clean and spacious. The balcony is big and gets a lot of sun in the morning. It's not right on the beach but still very close, plus there are plenty of food options and walmart across the street. The pools and jacuzzis were fine and fairly clean. I would definitely come back though maybe not during spring break as it gets pretty crowded with high schoolers and college students.
