I have stayed here a few time, Wendy and Greg are great, my last stay was for 2 months. I have stayed in a lot of Airbnb‘s, thier place if my favorite, I love the back deck a the view, very private ,quiet an clean.

Suited our needs perfectly while traveling out of town for work with some business colleagues. The hosts were always responsive and proactive, anticipating our needs and checking on us during our stay.

Amazing time at April's place !! We enjoyed our time there as a family, we canoe around the lake, fished , got in the hot tub. Enjoyed nature and the peace is outstanding, good to relax from the city life. There are many books and board games and things to entertain with. April is super nice and responds fast with anything you might need. The house its just as described, kitchen is well equipped, she provides everything and more, you dont need to bring anything from home. I will definetely stay here again.

We have found this lovely home as an outstanding place to stay as we visit our relatives in Bainbridge, GA each month! It is always pristine and everything is state of the art. It is incredible to have the whole home to ourselves instead of staying in a local hotel. And the price is incredible! We consider ourselves regulars and love returning to our "Happy Place on Lake Seminole"!

Great place to stay in Tallahassee! Quiet & calm neighborhood.. Beautiful screened in patio area to relax. House was awesome and host was great as well! Definitely coming back to this property next time!

Very quiet area great back yard. Very peaceful you can sit by the lake. Great place to stay especially if you're there to fish you can tie right up to the dock.

This is a beautiful place to stay and bigger than it looks in the photos. It’s close to the centre of Tallahassee but not on a commercial street. Gena was very helpful and quick to answer questions when I was booking.

Fantastic stay. The place could use a little TLC but I found the apartment to be quite charming and perfect for my needs. For the price and location you can’t beat it.

Nice place to stay

I booked this last minute for my kid who is hiking the Florida Scenic Trail (it passes by close to here) and it was the perfect place for them to take a night off and sleep in a real bed, after a nice hot shower. Whitney was genuinely concerned about our hiker kid not having any, or enough, food and offered to grab them something on her way back in from town. She was very friendly and communication was excellent. check in was simple and easy too. Our hiker kid was very impressed with the unit and said the place was very well done and they would definitely stay there again if in the area. The property surroundings were very private and full of natural beauty.

Max and Dominique's Sun Spot was clean and perfect for a month-long stay for work. Keurig machine was great for coffee and tv was nice size for room.

Really appreciated the room. The room was perfect (night light), the bed comfortable, the bathroom was clean. I would stay here again. Thank you!

Me and my woman had an amazing time. The barndo was in the woods overlooking a gorgeous landscape. The kitchen had everything we needed to make steaks and more. Fridge was clean and there wasn’t a single thing I could complain about. The view is beautiful and the balcony on the side just adds on. Plenty of space and will definitely book again. WiFi works great, hosts are amazing and were willing to provide anything we needed. Highly recommend!

In town for fsu baseball game. It was about a 35 minute drive from fsu but perfect bc we wanted something fun for spring break for kids. Perfect dock to fish on, felt like we were camping with all the amenities of Tallahassee very close. Would stay again.

Very responsive & easy to deal with.

Amber's retreat was awesome. 4 couples were very comfortable and location was perfect for our nearby state parks adventures. Highly recommend!!! Definitely coming back in future

Yana was an excellent host. She was very informative and helpful. The house was spotless and extremely well decorated with a vibe that felt like home. Also the location of the property was less than 15 minutes away from the Lynn Haven sports complex, where we enjoyed games of pickleball.

We wanted to unplug and reset- this place was perfect! Cool clean river to float in, a variety of vignettes to sit and relax, and kitchen equipment to do more than the basics. Added bonus of throwback dvds when you want to watch tv. Instead of getting sucked in to streaming/binging there’s a wide variety of dvds- not just one genre. Comfortable and clean with a helpful responsive host! We’re already looking for dates to go back!

Area was very quiet, clean and well equipped with necessities. Posting on Website exactly correct. Certainly recommend it.
