We welcome you to stay in our self contained studio, positioned on the ground floor of our home. If you’re concerned with noise, this perhaps isn’t the place for you as our living room is directly above the studio. We have a young family & 2 dogs who can be noisy at times. Generally from 8pm to 7am it’s quiet. The 1x bedroom studio features kitchen, bathroom, living space with aircon, an outdoor courtyard & roadside parking. It has its own private access, seperate from the main house entrance.

Welcome to Kawaha Manor built in 1950 our place has a lot of character with great views of the lake especially from the lawn and gazebo, the second bedroom has two single beds and the lounge has a bed settee for those extra guests the unit has just been renovated all very nice ,chandeliers and pictures of Rotorua finish it off The unit has everything all you need to bring is your clothes and food , hope to see you soon here at Lake Rotorua which is the main tourist centre in the North Island

Centrally located, it’s a 500m walk to the centre of Matamata and all it has to offer. Tom Grant Drive and Centennial Drive nearby park-like walks shared by all. The beds are a queen bed in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the lounge is available for use as well. Easily accessed via ramp, the space is private and spacious. A simple breakfast of toast, cereal and hot drinks is provided. A separate deck and fenced yard provides for further enjoyment or secure parking for trailers.
