Really nice and peaceful. Kind of older but that's what we were looking for. The view from the balcony was amazing. The only issue we had was the hot tub wasn't working other than that the place was amazing.

Wonderful stay at A-frame State of Mind! House was perfect for our girls’ trip and had all the amenities listed PLUS more. Beds were super-comfy, view was so peaceful, and the detailed instructions were unmatched by any other ABnB I’ve stayed in. The night lights throughout the house were so helpful when getting up in the middle of night. Would highly recommend and hope to return for another visit! I had an excellent experience with my first Airbnb. The home was very clean and put together to provide a welcome and enjoyful stay. Everything was very well equipped and organized with useful amenities. All parts inside the house were truly clean: bathroom, kitchen, counters, floor, bedding, etc. The entire property inside and out was beautiful. The porches and grounds were very well kept. We enjoyed the hot tub and the great view of the lake and surrounding nature. We happened to run into the hosts in the neighborhood and they were extremely nice and made sure we did not need anything and that nothing needed to be taken care of. I am confident that they would have taken care of any issues or satisfied any requests. I would recommend this property to friends, family, and couples. I will be taking another trip to lake Texoma in the future and would not hesitate to stay again.

5 Stars – Perfect Lakeside Getaway! We had an amazing stay at this beautiful lake house! Everything was exactly as described in the listing—clean, comfortable, and full of thoughtful touches. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making the entire experience seamless. The game room kept us entertained for hours, the hot tub was perfect for relaxing in the evenings, and the paddle boat added a fun way to enjoy the lake. Whether you’re looking to unwind or have some fun, this place has it all. We can’t wait to come back!

Location is great if you need a change of pace. Home is very clean with lots of space to spread out. My wife and I enjoyed staying here. The drive up from Texas was scenic. There wasn't good service for our phones, but we could still use Uber Eats for snacks by going outside. My only knock is the neighbors letting their dogs roam free and pooping everywhere, but it is more of the rural setting thing that can't be controlled. If you have dogs that aren't friendly, just keep them leashed up when you go for a walk. All in all, we loved it.

Everything as described and pictured for Charlie’s home! We enjoyed our stay. Had wonderful communication with Charlie and quick response when needed. Made us feel welcome. We appreciated all the little things left for people staying. Laundry pods and coffee!! Thank you so much. Highly recommend.

Lovely place!!! Everything was great. Wonderful quiet location. Comfy bed, everything you need and more for an enjoyable stay. If you are in Ardmore it’s a great spot but especially convenient if you have something going on at the hardy murphy coliseum.

It was very peaceful but close to town which was very convenient. Plenty of sleeping space for our large group. House was nice and the front porch was so beautiful to sit quietly on and enjoy the scenery.

We had a wonderful stay at this modern cabin nestled right next to the state park. The space was clean, spacious, and beautifully designed, with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Surrounded by trees, it felt like a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle. Waking up to the sounds of nature and enjoying coffee on the deck among the trees was a highlight. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a serene, nature-filled escape. The hosts were quick to respond and very friendly.

Beautiful place in a quiet scenic neighborhood. Family had lots of fun. The front and backyards were well kept and fun for the kids. Had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. Lake was flooded when we went, so fishing etc was difficult but that’s no fault of the hosts’. Great stay. Will be back.

My family and I (husband, son -15, daughter -8, and 2 nieces - 6&7) drove up from Dallas to spend a few days of our spring break. We all had such an amazing time, the Cabin was so cozy and had everything we needed. We spent most of the evening Friday and all day Saturday fishing, my husband caught probably 25-30 crappie and perch, my niece caught 3 and I caught 4, super peaceful and relaxing. Not too bad of a drive into town, Walmart was less than 20 mins in Madill, Ok! Overall we had an amazing experience and will definitely be coming back for future stays!

This was our 3rd year to stay here. Great place and great host. close to Kingston and Durant. we'll be back next year

We were only there for one night but would definitely go back, great location, friendly neighbors and lots to do!

Just a perfect getaway for my wife and I. Quiet, clean, and a convenient drive from McKinney, Tx. Donna was a joy to work with and we finished our visit with dinner at Ole Red, a brief interaction with Blake Shelton, and a great small venue concert with Zuma. The cabin was phenomenal… clean.. great shower… great fireplace… and yes the towels were really as great as everyone else had reviewed. Our new “ go-to” getaway!

The cabin is fantastic! Even though it’s super close to the highway, it feels very secluded. We loved the peaceful surroundings-and deer visited the area next to our cabin morning and evening! The queen bed was very comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom offer just the right amount of space. If you need to work remotely or just stream your favorite shows, the WiFi is amazing! We had a great stay at the red cabin and would stay again!

I love this place, it was super clean, they have a great communication answered all our questions pretty quickly . Its a great place for the family to get away and disconnect for a bit everyone loved it, they have everything you need and would for sure come again.

Such a hidden gem! Quiet and relaxing. Kids did some Kayaking and lots of fishing. It's a very cute and comfy place with lots for the kids to enjoy! Will definitely go back. It's also close to Hughes crossing on Blue River which is a fond childhood memory to me!
