The apartment is located in a quiet cove of Lake Martin, but only a short distance to the big water for the perfect combination of relaxation and adventure. A split layout offers privacy, w/premium bedding & TVs in every room. Covered porch w/2 TVs & plenty of seating. Sundeck w/ lounge chairs. Upstairs is a huge game room with a ping pong table, billiards & tons of board games & puzzles! The main home has 3 bedrooms & 3 full baths. The detached garage (aka the cottage) has a bunkroom, 1 queen bedroom & 1 full bath.

Plenty of outdoor space with an upper and lower deck for enjoying coffee while taking in the beautiful lake views or enjoying a meal outside with family or friends. Sit on the dock or lakeside swing while watching the kids play and swim in the water.

Creekside Cottage is a waterfront retreat tucked away on a quiet and peaceful area of Lake Martin. Relax on the shady back porch & watch the herons fly by or fish jump out of the water. Or during summer months, park your boat at the dock and head out for a day of adventure. Creekside Cottage has the best of both worlds! Enjoy all the amenities that it has to offer including kayaks, grill, fire pit, fishing & dock! Can be rented with 2 tiny cabins & a cottage next door to sleep up to 24!

This 1 BR 900sq ft of charm with porches on 3 sides includes hot tub, TV, propane/charcoal grill, rocking chairs, & open sundeck area. The front porch is large and high enough to play a fun game of cornhole with friends or family. Plenty of parking, even if you are trailering a boat, with boat ramp access only two houses away. Enjoy the stress free atmosphere while you sit on the porch and listen to the creek, sounds of nature and watch for Bald Eagles or Osprey fishing in the slough.
