Newly constructed one bedroom one bath. Great location. One mile south of downtown St Petersburg and 15 minutes from amazing beaches. Extremely secure apartment with cameras outside for security. We have a guest destined parking pad in front of the apartment. The entrance is between 13 and 14th Ave S on 5th St. Turn on to alley and park in front of the apartment. The city bus runs on 4th St and the Sun Runner is a 1/4 North on 4th St.

Lots of charm and just enough space to spread out a little for some privacy. Located close to downtown, walking distance to lots of restaurants, breweries and bars but still a short drive to our beautiful beaches. You access the apartment through our side gate and up an exterior stairway.
