We brought the whole family and had a very nice stay. The property is beautiful, relaxing, and quiet. We didn’t have the pool heated, but the double wide hot tub was excellent. We enjoyed the grill and outdoor space, and used the fire pit every night. The house is private, but not far from anything you could need, restaurants and an HEB are 15 minutes away. There were a few maintenance issues that came up the first day, but the team were very responsive to my texts, and Joe the caretaker was very friendly and totally solved our issues. The only quirk I want to mention is the queen bedroom with the metal door can only be accessed by walking through one of the bunk rooms. It didn’t turn in to a huge issue, but it was a surprise based on the description. Perhaps I didn’t read it clearly enough. Also, that metal door couldn’t be fully pulled closed from the outside (in the bunk room). So when people were sleeping in either room and I left the queen room, I couldn’t maintain privacy.

Carol's place was fantastic - there was more than enough room for the nine of us who stayed, and everything was very peaceful and comfortable. The kitchen had all of the tools you could need, but bring your own seasonings, etc. It's a bit of a drive to get to any of the wineries, but the extra time was well worth it to us to be able to play in her amazing pool (I don't think the photos reflect that it now has a gate around it, which we appreciated tremendously), enjoy the trees, and check out the cool bugs and beautiful wildflowers that are literally in her backyard. We would love to stay here again.

Our family of 12 stayed at Mustang Meadows over Easter weekend, and it was not enough time! The property is beautiful with horses, cows and a beautiful view to watch and listen to the birds from the huge porch along the back of the house. Our group consisted of toddlers to grown adults and everyone had a blast. We had a pickleball tournament, played all the fun games in the game room, and enjoyed the expansive house with plenty of room to hang out together, or have your own space to rest and relax. Kitchen was well equipped for all of our needs, and plenty of bathrooms for our group, and all spaces extremely clean. Truly one of the most unique rentals I have stayed at and will definitely return one day! Thank you, Eddie, for all of your time and attention!

Decided to stay here for a weekend birthday getaway with three other friends. Booked a day before we would check-in and Nancy was very quick to respond. I was informed access with lift and staircase were unavailable due to the water level of the river, which I was aware of and was perfectly fine with. When we arrived it was in the dark, so be mindful of the map and directions given. The house was very spacious, and was well kept. The kitchen had all the appliances you would need, and the bathrooms were very clean. The views from the screened in porch just a few yards away from the main house were breathtaking. We loved the pool, and we couldn’t say enough how it was perfect size. We were already trying to decide when we would like to return

We had a fantastic stay! The home was spotless and perfect for spending quality time with family and friends. The location by the lake was beautiful and peaceful, with plenty of room to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Communication with Stephanie was excellent—quick, friendly, and helpful throughout. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

This place was awesome for the family- we had a great time, went up to Johnson city for the wildlife safari, and back to this family get-away. No one had to rush home because we were able to bring the pups. It was great. We will for sure be back!!

We really enjoyed Holly’s place, it was exactly what we were looking for and exceeded her description. The location is very centralized if you’re looking to explore Marble falls and the Highland lake region. The apartment was super clean, updated and comfortable. The property was well kept, I can see us coming back this summer to enjoy the beach, pools and other amenities with our grandchildren. Holly was super helpful and responsive with some great restaurant suggestions (Boat Town will be r a regular go to for us when we visit). We had an extremely positive experience and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Place resembled exactly as described. We had a great time. A special thanks to the host for generously stacking the kitchen with all the essentials plus useful items that you typically need to get yourself from local stores. Highly recommend this place.

This condo was a great spot for our family to stay while attending a family wedding at Horseshoe Bay. The remodel of this condo as well done and the pictures describe it perfectly. I stayed in these condos every summer as a child and have great memories here, I’m glad they have kept these convenient condos up. Kevin is a great host and everything is just as described. He responds quickly to questions and helps out with other things outside of just the rental. You won’t be disappointed with this unit. Until next time…….

Best Airbnb experience I’ve had! Clean, tidy, and comfortable. Responsive & helpful host. Well stocked toiletries, paper goods, kitchen utensils, lake stuff, etc. Easy access to lake, pools, and other amenities. The entire condo property was well kept and clean, including firewood for the fire pit and grills! Great spot on the lake.

Perfect location and amenities for myself and two teenagers! The condo was clean, comfortable and the location to the pool was ideal for us, literally 10 steps from the back door! Spent the early morning drinking coffee along the lake and watched the sunset in the very same place! Will definitely rent this condo again! The host, Cynthia, was responsive and helpful. Great weekend!

Exactly as pictured. Host was very responsive. There was an initial rebooking and she proactively found us a comparable and pleasant alternative. The area is great. As we were advised to do, I recommend buying all your groceries in Austin or along the way before you arrive. The property itself is spacious, comfortable and spotless. The deck is amazing. We grilled outside three out of four night. Really enjoyed ourselves.
