Wonderful home on the lake with all the amenities you’d need!

Thanks for providing such a beautiful and homey place! Lots of things in the house are carefully selected and the bed linen/towels smell good. My family and friends loved the house and we enjoyed using the kayaks. The house is pet friendly, our dog had great time as well. I especially like the glasses in the kitchen. No wonder why there are lines like not taking things away in check-out instruction. Don’t give me ideas…I do recommend this house to other travelers.

5/5 it was very clean with plenty of space and things to do. Wifi worked great and the kitchen was very convenient. it was a great stay and we’d come back if we’re ever in town again.

This is one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at. The location is absolutely stunning, with plenty of activities around — perfect for a getaway with family or friends. The house itself is well-equipped, comfortable, and incredibly relaxing. Tiffany was always responsive and quick to reply, which made everything smooth and easy. I’m already looking forward to the next occasion to book this home again!

It was a great place for my family to gather. The games in the garage were loved by my grandchildren. The kitchen was well stocked and everything we needed was at our fingertips

Stayed here with friends for the Renaissance Fair. Beautiful home and I love the way it's decorated. Eric was a great host and did everything he could for us when we needed it.

Everything very straightforward when it came to the instructions and checking in and out. The host is a great person who is always there if you have any questions or concerns. She goes above and beyond to make it a great experience. It's a place in which there's lots to do without needing to leave the property.

This place was very relaxing surrounded by nature, every morning and evening we saw deers right outside our window, the kids loved it! The lake is within walking distance and it is great for fishing or kayaking. We didn’t get to use the studio because it was only four of us, but it is a great extra room fully equipped with a kitchenette for larger groups. Our boys loved playing in the basketball and tennis courts, having these amenities was such a big plus for us! Jennifer was a great hostess she was flexible and very responsive. The only thing I would say is that the outdoor furniture could use a bit of TLC. We fully recommend this place and will try to be back soon.

My wife and kids loved our stay there. Our only regret is not staying longer. We enjoyed the peace and tranquility that it offered. They had everything we needed to make the stay more comfortable. We can definitely say you must see this place.

The photos were accurate for the top half of the cottage. Lower portion had an enclosed area which is helpful for those mosquitos, but no TV for viewing which bummed the teen a bit. The hammocks were nice on the lower level. Two chairs were provided for the top deck so that was helpful in being able to take in the sunrises. Overall clean. There had been lots of winds prior to our stay so lots of dirt on the outside areas as well windows, but the inside was clean and orderly. Even had an electric tea kettle which was a plus. Bring your own kitchen towels if you do any cooking/baking. Otherwise quite comfy and would stay again.

Amy was an amazing and responsive host. She answered all questions immediately and offered some great experiences and options while planning the weekend. And it was a wonderful weekend! The property and amenities were just as they were described and we enjoyed it all - even the outdoor movie screen. The view was breathtaking and the surroundings relaxing. Love the well-stocked kitchen and labels! We will definitely return if the opportunity presents itself.

My husband and I absolutely loved this place . It’s right by the river and we spent all weekend fishing. The host was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be coming back

It was nice staying out in the water and waking up to enjoy coffee while we watching the fish swim by. The rooms worked out great for the amount of guest we had to accommodate. The hosts were super nice and responsive every time . Overall the experience was wonderful

The place was beautiful, well managed, and full of needed supplies the only thing I would recommend is to have a clear path to the house entrance. The grass was very muddy but that’s just my personal opinion. “I don’t like grass” 🤷🏽‍♀️ Wayne responded to me right away when I sent home a message. I would definitely rent from him again. The good: there are plenty of games and water toys to keep you occupies and having fun, the beds are comfy, there is good seating for the amount of sleeping, the boat launch is super helpful with the kayaks. the not so good: the walls are thin, the rooms are tiny, barely bigger than the bed, not a lot of dressing room if that matters to you.

It was great, we loved it and had a great time. They were ver nice and friendly, also very helpful.

I'm so glad me and my family chose this place, it met our expectations. My family and I spent an amazing weekend here. There's a ton of fun activities to do. This was a great place to rest and relax. Merridee's place was perfect for what me and my gfs needed for a peaceful and relaxing weekend away. The only complaints I have was weak water pressure for kitchen sink and the refrigerator water dispenser did not work. These were minor and I hope to come back one day! Thank you, Merridee!

This cabin was the perfect anniversary getaway! Very quiet and peaceful. Although it did rain most of our visit we were able to sit under the covered area outside and enjoy the sounds of nature! The following morning we were able to take the little boat out and fish. My husband caught 3! Randall was very responsive before and during our stay! Everything you would need was provided! I highly recommend this Airbnb!!

I absolutely loved it! The view is beautiful. It's quiet and relaxing. It's a perfect getaway for yourself or for a couple's getaway. I would book this location again without hesitation.

Great stay for a quick weekend, wish I could’ve stayed longer! Beautiful, peaceful, and just what I needed for a quick reset. Hosts are very communicative and had everything there that was needed. Will definitely stay again if in that area.

I stayed at Mark’s cabin for a Mother’s Day getaway, and thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quiet. His son, Andrew, met me to walk me to the cabin and show me around - he was incredibly hospitable! I loved having the cows and sheep around, and the field was full of Texas wildflowers! The cabin is even more lovely than the pictures, complete with a full kitchen and Keurig machine! The plumbing is currently down, as was mentioned in the listing; Mark made sure I was aware of this before booking. It was fine with me, as I’m used to camping, and this felt more like glamping. Just be sure to bring plenty of water bottles and boots, in case of rainy weather, as there will likely be some mud.

This place was absolutely beautiful and what me and my husband was looking for. Quiet and relaxing. Great place to get away from the city. The cabin was clean and cozy. Will definitely stay here again.
