The house was fantastic. Everything was comfortable and clean, and the equipped with everything needed. The property was perfect for what I was looking for. Used the hot tub several times, cooked out, lit a bonfire, and even went fishing using the row boat. Would describe this experience as glamping and then some. The house is not secluded per se as there is a neighbor very close, but the neighborhood is quiet. Would definitely stay here again, and very well may in the near future.

Beth and Carlos thought of all the little things you’d need for a lake, even for kiddos! The lake is beautiful and the outdoor space is exactly what you’d need for sunshine and relaxing. Recommend bringing food/drinks/groceries if coming in from out of town. Selection for restaurants, food, and alcohol is limited in Livingston. We came prepared and it was well worth it! Based on our research in the area this is the BEST Airbnb to stay at in Livingston!

Perfect place for my group to stay for our friend’s wedding weekend. 5 bed/ 5.5 bath was incredibly convenient. The airbnb was spacious and fit us all comfortably. The outdoors was a wonderful space to tan, socialize, and kayak. Great security. Modern amenities throughout. Had everything we needed. Neighborhood was a little run down, but we felt safe and the neighbors we encountered on our morning walk were only friendly and welcoming. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

The whole experience was great. Peaceful, great view of lake. We put our kayaks in at the state park 10 minutes away.

So much room! Wonderful kitchen to cook Thanksgiving dinner. Be prepared to bring your own paper products and anything you’ll need for cooking beyond salt and pepper. Wonderful dishes, mugs and glassware. We enjoyed the screened in porch and the big dock for fishing and getting in and out of our kayaks. The yard is nice and big and the fire pot was enjoyable. The garage apartment worked perfectly for our overnight guests. We can’t wait to go back!!

Second time renting from this host. The house was spacious, clean, and such a nice place to relax! We enjoyed the dock access, and the spacious yard!

Stayed here with friends for the Renaissance Fair. Beautiful home and I love the way it's decorated. Eric was a great host and did everything he could for us when we needed it.

Location was easy to get to but close to all the fun things to do in the area.

It is an excellent place to spend a vacation, the view is beautiful and the apartment is super well equipped. Always attentive to what you needed. It also has an elevator and that is a great advantage.

This place was great! I went for a girls weekend for Lonestar throw down weekend. It was the perfect place. Super cute, felt so safe. Very peaceful area and airbnb.

We absolutely loved Tracy’s space! It was immaculate upon check-in. It had everything we needed to make meals at home. Tracy was very responsive and great to talk to. Her patio was our absolute favorite ❤️ we utilized it everyday in the mornings with coffee, and at night with a night cap. The breezes were great and the sounds of the water were serene. It was a very nice quiet and relaxing atmosphere. We felt right at home. We will most definitely be returning next year.

Host was very helpful in working out how we could get the gym cards with excellent communication during the roof replacement that was going on while we were there. This is our second time staying in this unit.

I was in love the moment I walked in the front door and could see out onto the balcony! The view of the lake and lighthouse was amazing. Huge beautiful kitchen. Washer and dryer very useful. Comfortable sofa and king bed. We didn’t use the pool but nice amenity. The Southern Empress parked right off the balcony. We did the Murder mystery dinner. I’d recommend just doing the dinner. Just my opinion. We were visiting our son in Conroe. We can’t wait to visit him again and stay at Jessica’s place.

The place was close to everything. It was spacious and clean and cozy. Would book again.

This place was very relaxing surrounded by nature, every morning and evening we saw deers right outside our window, the kids loved it! The lake is within walking distance and it is great for fishing or kayaking. We didn’t get to use the studio because it was only four of us, but it is a great extra room fully equipped with a kitchenette for larger groups. Our boys loved playing in the basketball and tennis courts, having these amenities was such a big plus for us! Jennifer was a great hostess she was flexible and very responsive. The only thing I would say is that the outdoor furniture could use a bit of TLC. We fully recommend this place and will try to be back soon.

We had a great Easter weekend at this cute and clean cottage in Willis, TX! The place was spacious and cozy, with a well-stocked kitchen and restrooms. The pool was a short walk away, pretty busy with RV and cottage guests, so a bit crowded, but still nice. Overall, a great stay and would definitely come back!

Keli was prompt to respond to us when we had to book last minute. This was a place that accommodated our dogs, had everything we needed for a quick stay with teens and animals, she responded quickly and allowed a late checkout, and the streets were peaceful and friendly when walking our dogs.

Amy was an amazing and responsive host. She answered all questions immediately and offered some great experiences and options while planning the weekend. And it was a wonderful weekend! The property and amenities were just as they were described and we enjoyed it all - even the outdoor movie screen. The view was breathtaking and the surroundings relaxing. Love the well-stocked kitchen and labels! We will definitely return if the opportunity presents itself.

We really enjoyed our stay, and it is a great location for kids with plenty of activities. Peaceful and quiet with plenty of shade. The house had a big porch with outside furniture. I would recommend this for anyone with children, they really enjoyed the loft bedroom. We will definitely be back for another visit. The lake is awesome for the paddle boards that were at the house.

It was nice staying out in the water and waking up to enjoy coffee while we watching the fish swim by. The rooms worked out great for the amount of guest we had to accommodate. The hosts were super nice and responsive every time . Overall the experience was wonderful

Me and my husband absolutely loved staying here. It was so peaceful and away and a short distance from towns/cities to get to if need.

The place was beautiful, well managed, and full of needed supplies the only thing I would recommend is to have a clear path to the house entrance. The grass was very muddy but that’s just my personal opinion. “I don’t like grass” 🤷🏽‍♀️ Wayne responded to me right away when I sent home a message. I would definitely rent from him again.
