This home was built to be a relaxing vacation home. The back yard has a swimming pool, hot tub, water fall feature, out door big screen with high quality projector, a massive out door natural gas fire pit, and the icing on the cake is the outdoor cabana bar with a full outdoor kitchen with restaurant grade equipment. Our home is directly across the street from coral beach park and of course Lake Okanagan. The city boat launch is across the street and you will have full use to our boat buoy.
