A neighbor has teenagers and are sometimes known to play loud music and present as teenagers. Palatka is a rugged small town with areas of distress and ranks poorly in terms of economic opportunities. It has been identified as one of the poorest counties in the state of Florida. The Ollie Vee is located on a quiet cul-de-sac of 4 homes. Trees dripping with Spanish moss, wandering wild turkeys, a pair of nearby eagles, and a view of Crescent Lake complete the mood.
