Full service marina with restaurant 2 miles by car or 3/4 mile by boat. Quiet neighborhood on dead end road with 4 homes nearby. 10 miles to Eddyville, KY which has Venture River Water Park, multiple restaurants, grocery store, hardware store, and Mineral Mounds Golf Course.
