This house was very comfortable and makes you feel at home. Great house layout and the new deck and backyard fence is really nice. Very clean and most of the furnishings appear very new. Great written instructions and recommendations posted in the house, so I had no questions to ask. Location is nice as you can walk to restaurants and the college. I enjoyed walking the Austin Peay College campus with our dog several times a day. For the money this is a great buy. I would definitely stay here again.

Our family of six (4 adults, 2 children) had a wonderful stay here. The space was more than enough for all of us, and the kids loved the second-floor room with toys and a TV. It was also great to have a small park within walking distance. The home was clean, with thoughtful complimentary items in both the kitchen and bathrooms. Hosts were accommodating with a last minute request, which was much appreciated. We would stay here again while in the Clarksville area or at another one of their properties.

It was great experience staying here. Very nice!! The deer in the backyard was an added bonus. Great location. The inside is just as pictured. The hosts were very responsive if I had any questions. Thank you again. Highly recommend!

This was a really nice place to stay, it looks even better in person! Check in and check out was super easy making it a great weekend on the lake.

Nate was proactive with his communication and quick to respond. The property was exactly as described with a great porch on the back for unwinding after our busy day visiting family in the area. Comfortable and welcoming, next time we are in the area we will certainly consider staying here again

Beautiful house that was very close to downtown as well as the University. It was a very comfortable place to stay and had every amenity we needed. We re visit Clarksville every year and will definitely book here again if it is available. Great place!!

Our stay at Kippling's place was a great experience. Even though my family and I were only there one night, we enjoyed seeing their horses and spending time on their beautiful property. The home was well stocked, very clean, and super family friendly. I would definitely stay there again.

Erika's place was a last-minute booking for us as we were traveling through on our way back from Georgia. It was the perfect overnight stay! Our dogs enjoyed exploring the fenced in back yard. The home was nicely decorated & felt very cozy. We also slept very comfortably in the back bedroom (nice, firm bed). Major props for the great water pressure, responsive hot water & oversized bath towels. These things are sometimes hard to come by, but not at Erika's place! It was much appreciated! We would certainly stay here again.

Great location, really nice cabin! Only feedback would be better written directions due to no service and unable to call for directions on the way.

We had a few minor issues due to us being the first people to stay here for the season, but Jennifer responded immediately anytime I messaged her to resolve anything. She even had her husband and son come help me with the gas fireplace. House was extremely spacious, the pictures do not do it justice. Unfortunately the pool was closed due to it being winter, but we are excited to come back and stay again when the weather is warmer.

The house was perfect for 6 adults and 3 kiddos during a holiday weekend!! We did an Easter egg hunt since the home felt just like we were at our own place! Haley was great with communication!!

we loved the place and where is was at. It was very beautiful we differently will visit again soon, thanks so much for a wonderful vacation and peaceful to get away from home and just to able to relax is was amazing.

Absolutely loved the cabin. It’s peaceful and the fire pit and grill was extremely convenient and right out our back door. Very homey and can’t wait to visit again. If you’re looking for a nice relaxing pace to visit I highly suggest the cabins Tony offers.

It’s always a pleasure staying at Tami‘s. This was my fourth time. I stay there when I come to visit my granddaughter, daughter and son-in-law as it is the closest location. It offers everything you could possibly want and a few delicious extras like those donuts she leaves. The swingset outside is a plus as my granddaughter absolutely loves swinging. Tami allowed me to have her stay overnight several times. She is very accommodating to anything you need. Highly recommended.

Place was perfect. Easy to get to and close to the dam. Little tight backing boat in, but had no issue with 21’ bass boat and crew cab Chevy 2500 diesel with 8’ bed! Will definitely be looking to stay here again

Teresa was very responsive and gave clear instructions. This was a last minute booking for us to visit family during the early spring. This is a country style home with a large kitchen which met our needs perfectly. It is located in a nice quiet neighborhood close to the water. Teresa was a great host and we have since discovered that she has another Airbnb on the water. When we come back in the summer months we may rent that house as she was a terrific host.

Everything was perfect ,had family in town for a wedding . Karen was very responsive to accommodate our needs for a comfortable stay .

This home exceeded our expectations, beautifully decorated, equipped and comfortable. Debbie was available and ready to help us, we added guests at the last minute and she made everything perfect. We thoroughly enjoy our stay and will definitely stay at one of Debbie’s homes again.

Cozy, clean place with very thoughtful amenities like snacks and extra of everything you might have forgotten. Host was quick to respond and helpful.

This was probably the best bnb I’ve stayed at for a “me” weekend. Caught up with some good friends back in my college town and caught some good fish at the lake. I’ll definitely be back!

I needed a place to stay for a long period due to a move. I had dogs which was my main concern. They allowed me to have them and I am so very grateful. My pets are family to me and Miranda and home owners were so wonderful about them and everything, if I did not have to leave fir the move, I would have stayed longer. I would recommend this home if you want peace, room for kids (or dogs) to play, comfort and a warm inviting welcoming feel to the home and the people who take care of it.
