This apartment had the best view out of the master bedroom & restroom. The sunrise & sunset was very beautiful to witness. The area of the apartment complex was very secure & quiet. The place is a little further from the places we frequent but it was still okay. My only note is that the beds and pillows were a little hard. Tannia was a great host who allowed us to check in a day early due to some flight changes. She responded quickly and was always super nice. The pool and gym area were beautiful, again amazing views. The place was really clean, modern & comfy. There’s a washer included which helped so much with a longer stay. Definitely would stay here again. The staff at check in was also very helpful and nice. This was our first time at an airb&b, so we did not know what to expect but we had a great experience. Thank you Tannia.

Bonito lugar y buena atención

Good stay for a couple of nights in GDL. Location was a couple of blocks from some great restaurants and cafes in Col Americana and a quick (15 minute) Uber to the historic center. There is also a public gym and cafe in the bottom floor that wasn't mentioned, which I thought was cool. Pablo was super proactive and responsive in communication. As others have mentioned, the apartment is lacking basic amenities which made things a bit less convenient than ideal (no coffee, paper towels, condiments like olive oil/salt/pepper, body wash + conditioner were empty, etc.) but wasn't hugely bothersome. There is a 7/11 across the street so was able to supplement without too much inconvenience. Would just be nice to have that stuff taken care of.

This place is all about location—super convenient and easy to access. Underground parking made things a breeze, and the secure lobby with friendly staff added a nice touch of comfort. The apartment itself was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully laid out, complete with a walk-in closet and a cozy, comfortable bed. The shower had excellent water pressure—always a win! Plus, having a washer and dryer in-unit was a huge bonus (though heads up—the washer is a bit loud). Overall, a fantastic stay!

Todo el lugar muy lindo y espacioso, muy limpio y bastante equipado; El anfitrión excelente! estuvo al pendiente en todo momento y enviando en tiempo las indicaciones necesarias; sin duda volveríamos a reservar en este lugar en una próxima ocasión.

Title: Great Stay in a Historic Yet Modern Spot I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The property is in a historical looking building, but the interior is beautifully modern and well-maintained. Everything was spotless, and I had no issues during my visit. The location is excellent, just a short distance from El Centro de Guadalajara, making it convenient to explore the city. It’s a perfect blend of charm and comfort. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Guadalajara!

La atención de Gaal como muy pocos, es un excelente anfitrión, muy amable y propositivo. El lugar tiene una excelente ubicación, y la casita está muy bonita. Sin duda vamos a regresar.

Excellent home and a great value overall. The second floor has a beautiful view of the lake with a jacuzzi. Bedrooms have nice air conditioning. Nicely located between Chapala and Ajijic. Host was very responsive.

El alojamiento me pareció perfecto, tenía todo lo necesario para disfrutar nuestra estancia, Alba siempre estuvo atenta a mis dudas, nos brindaron TAG para entrar y salir del fraccionamiento, el único detalle es que la cama del cuarto principal tiene problemas ya que tiene un rechinido muy fuerte, sin embargo, nada que afecte la estancia, si un día estoy cerca de la zona no dudaría en regresar

Greatly enjoyed the stay. My favorite thing about this apartment was the washer and dryer. Also has a very nice view of the city. Parking garage is great, and staff at the unit are friendly and responsive. Overall a good experience with a highly responsive host.

Tuvimos una excelente estancia, todo estuvo muy cómodo y bastante limpio, cuenta con todas las amenidades, al igual que el aire acondicionado enfría bien el departamento. Es muy espacioso, limpio y agradable, definitivamente volvería.

Felt very safe in the building and secure parking with 24/7 security gate. It’s a quiet place and very clean inside and out. It provides everything you need. Host is very friendly and responsive. Easy check-in and check-out. I definitely recommend.
