The home itself is beautiful, spacious and clean. The outdoor space in the back of the house around the pool provides a sense of seclusion as well...and the pool is quite a bonus (though a $200 fee for turning on the heat and an extra $100 per day for keeping it on is a little bit steep). The Maimon Group is also extremely responsive to needs. I'd gladly stay here again.

The house is located on the top of the hill and has great views. Location is super quiet and peaceful. Big house with a nice patio, backyard was very spacious and a perfect place to relax and chill. Tomer was very responsive and helpful. Will definitely stay again

This place is actually a peacock sanctuary. So if you don’t like being around birds and their noises, this may not be the place for you. However, the property is beautiful. Very expansive, and the grounds people are there the whole time but make it feel like you are at a resort (you park your car in a dirt area and they golf cart you to the door). They uncover the pool and clean it and even helped setup our hibachi chef under the stars! This house had everything you needed. Don’t bring anything but food. They had spices, coffee, all cookware, even hair ties and coffee syrups. We stayed for a girls weekend and thought it was perfect and well worth the price. Again, some might not enjoy the peacock experience, but you get used to the “mating calls” :)

We enjoyed our stay so much! Tiffany was extremely helpful and responsive. The house was beautiful, and everyone was more than comfortable. Would definitely come back!

The house was beautiful and well taken care of. It had everything you would need. The checkout procedures were so easy and quick unlike other places I have stayed. The management company was very easy to work with and prompt in communication. I would definitely go back to this house or another one of their properties. It would be perfect for a wine tasting group.

Spacious, spotless and comfortable! Wendy was a responsive host, the house was clean, check in was easy and everything about the stay was perfect! The large house had great sized rooms, comfortable beds and was super clean. I looked for a long time to find a place that had large beds—this one has two king beds, plus a queen—which was perfect for the three couples in our group (plus twin beds and cribs, which we didn’t need). Most other places had full size for the secondary bedrooms, so this was much better for our trip. I highly recommend Wendy’s place!

Mili was fabulous! Responded so quickly. Had all that was needed ready for us! Very clean. Great space for a large group. Lots of seating inside and out. Plenty of tables. Lots of parking. Peacocks and bunnies in the yard! We loved our stay as we celebrated our son’s wedding locally! The rec room with the workout equipment was great. Air conditioning worked very well! Highly recommend!

We had a great time here! The house is beautiful and can fit so many people very comfortably. We enjoyed hanging out in the kitchen and in the backyard when we were back from our day’s activities. There are a couple things people may want to know before booking - it’s a quiet neighborhood, so you’ll need to be quiet or indoors after 9pm. This wasn’t an issue for us, but if your group wants to be outside late into the evening, this would not be the place for you. Also, Kimberly charges by the number of people, not just a flat rate. That’s not something I’ve ever seen before, but she’s up front about everything, so as long as you know and are okay with that, it’s a great place to stay. We overall had a wonderful time. And I’d recommend staying there.

We had a larger group stay at Dan's place and had the best time! Dan was a wonderful host - he was very communicative, let us drop off bags early, gave us very helpful recommendations and was responsive to any and all questions/requests. The location was wonderful and easy drive to local wineries. In addition to the accommodating rooms, there were multiple living spaces the group could come together in. Though a big reason we booked this Airbnb was for the pool, we had unexpected poor weather, and Dan was quick to respond to our request to heat it for our group. Also, though we didn't have children in the group, this home is very well accommodated for young kids and families. Highly recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful stay at Jo’s house. It’s a great house, just as shown in the photos. Great amenities, fully stocked kitchen, the hot tub was a hit for everyone, outdoor BBQ grill, and we felt right at home. Jo responded within seconds to questions, allowed us to check in early, and surprised us with bubbly wine to celebrate the New Years! Highly recommended!!

Amazing property right off the water. They offer onsite parking but there is also plenty of street parking if no onsite is available. The host was super responsive and accommodating for our last minute booking. The unit was super clean, great balcony overlooking the water. This is definitely a must stay for anyone coming to visit Carlsbad.

Brent's place was great. The golf cart was a great bonus to our stay and Brent was very flexible and responsive. Would highly recommend his place and if we are back in Catalina would definitely stay again.

We had a party of 10 that stayed here just this past weekend and we will absolutely be back! :-) This place was awesome, full of comforts and fun amenities, very easy to find and a very responsive host. Also, the beds are comfortable and house has a very private feel. The house fit all of us very well. We had a great time and this fit our needs wonderfully.

Great host and beautiful home with great views!

This home was perfect for our intergenerational family gathering. There was space (and enough bathrooms) to accommodate all of us without being in each other's way but also being able to gather in our larger family group when needed. The location with views of the mountains was relaxing and reenergizing for the holiday with family members coming from all over. Although there were various spaces throughout the house, the kitchen area was a definite gathering space and accommodated well for people to be together and doing different things: cooking and preparing a meal, sitting and chatting, working on a laptop, reading in the family room not too far away. I appreciated the communication prior, throughout, and after our stay.

I had a fantastic time staying at this Airbnb! The home was spotless, stylish, and extremely comfortable. It came fully equipped with everything I needed—high-speed Wi-Fi, a well-stocked kitchen, comfy bed, clean towels, air conditioning, and even a washer/dryer. I especially loved the outdoor space like the garden which was perfect for relaxing. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the entire experience seamless. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay—highly recommend!

Bobby is GREAT! he was responsive at all times and understanding. The location was perfect, His home is beautiful and it accommodated my entire family. Thank you Khosrow and Nima for hosting our stay! They were very responsive to any of our needs and made sure we were well taken care of. I got to meet Khosrow and he is very kind and generous. As for the property, it was beautiful, peaceful, and scenic. Nestled away from beaten path but very close to the wineries and amenities. We spent a lot of time relaxing on the patio enjoying the scenery or in the open kitchen/living room looking out window. The property is big and it nice to be able to take a little walk around outside to see the vinards or various gardens. It made for the perfect getaway weekend. We would definitely come back if given the opportunity.

It was a nice place to stay with a big group and it was close to many wineries. I had many amenities that we could use except for the jacuzzi was not working at the time but the owner tried their best to get it fixed unfortunately was not able to but I would not say this ruin our stay there. The home is clean, spacious, and in a great location. Overall happy with our stay!

We stayed one week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was as described and had everything we needed. The outside space was excellent, beds were comfortable and the kitchen area had every implement you could think of. We all enjoyed using the heated pool and hot tub and sitting in the covered lanai.

This place definitely served its purpose - to give our kids a fun, unique, relaxing, and private place to swim over spring break. The house had pretty much all we needed and whatever we forgot could easily be bought at one of the many nearby retail stores (Target, Vons, etc.). I liked that there were so many choices for food right outside the neighborhood but also convenient proximity to the freeway if we needed to go out of the area. The place definitely has a cozy and family friendly vibe. We enjoyed our stay!

Nick was very receptive to any requests and went out of his way to ensure our stay was comfortable and pleasant. This is a great place to stay, especially if you’re planning to go to Disneyland!
