Surrounded by fields, woodland, and a natural reservoir, our 3,500 m² property is reserved exclusively for your group, offering complete privacy with no neighboring houses. Each room has a private bathroom and beautiful views. Designed to blend comfort with nature, HABITAT is perfect for families, friends, and hikers exploring Lagodekhi National Park, Ninoskhevi Waterfall, Black Rock Lake, and Machi Fortress.

The guesthouse Ludwig is unique for its location. The name itself came from our address as we are located at Ludwig Mlokosevichi #1. Ludwig Mlokosevichi was the Polish scientist, who initiated the founding of Lagodekhi protected areas, our treasure and pride. Because of this we decided to call the guesthouse Ludwig. There is Lagodekhi protected areas in a 100 meters walking distance. We try to make guest feel like a local, offer homemade breakfast and he dinner, joyful piano evenings.
