This place is amazing! From booking to our arrival, Jean Patrick provided excellent communication. When we arrived, he ensured we had everything needed to find the location via taxi. He assisted us with getting our bags up to the top floor of the building and walked us through the apartment and even met us to help get everything down at the end of our trip. This apartment is the end unit on the top floor of the building and very quiet. From first glance walking in, you feel at home and much larger than they appear in the photos. We were traveing with our three kids and they had their space and we had ours. The kitchen and bathroom are also large and spacious with the added benefit of having a washer in the apartment. Great restaurants and bakeries are within short walking distance in either direction. You are steps from the Musée de l'Armee and the Tomb of Napoleon, a very short walk to École Militaire metro, busses and a view of the Tomb and Eiffel Tower. We wish we could stay longer!

We had a great time At Arnaud’s place. He was very helpful from the first moment, very flexible in letting us arrive to leave our luggage earlier in the day. Apartment was luminous, quiet, comfortable. Lovely kitchen with good utensils and some lovely cookbooks. Very well located near lots of good restaurants, right next to the Bastille market, near Le Marais, and many metro lines that made it easy to get everywhere. It is a fifth floor walk up but we did not find this problematic. We had a lovely time discovering this part of Paris we hadn’t been to before. It was Easter, and Arnaud kindly stopped by and left us a chocolate bunny we much enjoyed. Thanks Arnaud!

En dejlig lejlighed i perfekte omgivelser. Tæt på caféer og restauranter samt offentlig transport. Godt at vinduerne er så lydisolerede, da der er larm fra folk på gaden, men det hører jo med i at bo i centrum. Masser af liv og god stemning. Et besøg værd.

This is hands down the best Airbnb I've ever been to! The location couldn't be better: with a 10 minute walk you get to the Eiffel Tower! The apartment is wonderful, it is VERY cozy and clean. Alexandra is an amazing host and helped us the very few times we needed something. It was worth every cent! I hope to be back there as soon as I can!

Great apartment in a great location. Very close to shopping on the Champs-Élysées and to the Metro line. The area is very active with lots of shops and restaurants yet the apartment is very quiet and free of noise. The living room was spacious and nicely decorated and the kitchen is fully equipped if you wish to cook at home. The bed was very comfortable and we slept incredibly well every night. And the shower never ran out of hot water. Some of the flats we have rented in Europe have a very limited amount of hot water but this was not the case here. You can take a nice long shower after a full day out and about in Paris and never worry about the shower running cold. We would definitely stay here again.

Hemos estado dos días en la casa de Sandra,la casa es impresionante, no le faltaba de nada, camas grandes y colchones muy confortables, habían lavadoras y secadoras grandes , tenían toallas , máquinas de café, vamos estaba mejor que un hotel !!! Sin duda Sandra fue muy amable desde el principio y la comunicación con ella fue excelente, estuvo pendiente todo el rato de nuestra llegada que fue bastante tarde!! Éramos un grupo de 13 personas y la verdad que fue una experiencia maravillosa!! Si vuelvo a paris o a Disney me encantaría volver alojarme en la casa de Sandra sin duda. La recomiendo al máximo!!!

Aunque no pudimos conocer a Emilie en persona, siempre estuvo atenta y disponible para cualquier consulta o situación. La casa es muy acogedora, amplia y decorada con mucho gusto, cuidando cada detalle para hacer sentir como en casa, creo que es mas linda en persona que en las fotos. Cuenta además con lavandería y acceso a un parque privado, lo que la hace aún más cómoda para estancias prolongadas. El entorno es muy tranquilo y perfecto para descansar, sin estar lejos del centro de París. A pocos metros hay una parada de bus que lleva directo a la estación de tren, lo cual facilita mucho el traslado. El jardín es un gran plus: amplio, con mucho verde, mecedoras para relajarse y una barbacoa ideal para disfrutar al aire libre. Todo invita a quedarse más tiempo. Definitivamente recomendaría este lugar y volvería sin dudarlo.

The house is absolutely amazing. The location is very nice, close to the transportation, to the grocery stores and to the park. Kitchen is fully equipped with all kinds of stuff, so we felt us very comfortable with the babies. There are plenty of games and toys for the kids. The beds were also very comfortable, so we had a great night rest after the long walks in Paris. I liked very charming backyard and quietness of the house. I am very grateful to Taous as he helped us a lot with our luggage on the last day. It was a great pleasure to communicate with him. I highly recommend his house!

Had a great stay in Paris, this small cottage was very cozy and great to share on a friends trip to paris, would work great for a family as well! the area was really safe and walking distance from all touristic places! Would definitely stay there again :)) keep in mind that the restroom does not fully close which was the only downside when it’s a bigger group.

We loved staying at the apartment. Aurelie is a great host and was always helpful when we had questions. The place is charming and cozy, and the shower is perfect, especially after a day of walking around Paris. There is a balcony overlooking a beautiful garden at the back of the building, which is quiet and safe. Appartement très bien situé, 10mn à pied de la gare RER, 10mn en voiture du centre de formation FMSD, commerces à proximité, parking privé et fermé, l’appartement est conforme aux photos, bien équipé, juste quelques éléments qui ont du vécu… les hôtes sont sympathiques et réactifs.

Un excellent logement, à seulement 10 minutes en bus de l'aéroport CDG. Proche d'un très joli parc avec jeux pour enfants (à la mairie), de commerces et restaurants. Parfaitement équipé pour couples et familles, même la baignoire bébé y est ! Propreté irréprochable.

We loved our stay over new years at this stunning spot! Our host Florence was so amazing and greeted us when we arrived and answered any questions we had over our stay! Her home is so beautiful and filled with books and was located in such a fun and walkable area with so many amazing restaurants and cafes around the corner! We will absolutely book this spot in the future when we visit Paris and would highly recommend it to anyone!!!!
