Geniet van een heerlijk relaxerend verblijf in het Tiny House tussen de dieren in de Groningse weilanden. Het huisje staat midden in het natuurgebied ‘Ae’s Woudbloem’ en u kunt er enorm veel mooie fiets/wandel tochten vinden. Daarnaast heeft u vanuit het huisje prachtig Gronings uitzicht en kunt u met alle rust genieten van uw vakantie/weekendje weg. A cosy, authentic house down-town east. Fully equipped, very comfortable. You can spot the 'Martinitoren' from the house! Within a 5 minutes walk you are on the 'Grote Markt'. Many restaurant and pubs are in the neighbourhood. The academic hospital (UMCG) is at a 100 meters-distance. Big plus is the parking-space in our secluded back-yard (for that: max. height of your car around 5'10). In the living-room is a Smart-TV (you can enjoy Netflix with your own subscription). A great place to stay!

Our house was built in 1912 and has been lovingly renovated in recent years. The guesthouse is located on the entire 2nd floor, which is lockable and offers a lot of privacy. It is a bright, comfortable, spacious floor with good WiFi connection. The decor is tasteful, with a nod to the seventies. Ideal location: you can walk to the center within 15 minutes and the Noorderplantsoen is a stone's throw away. North train and bus station is a 5-minute walk.

Gedurende de zomer zijn de ruimten heerlijk koel en tijdens de winterperiode behaaglijk warm. De accommodatie ligt op loopafstand ( 5 min.) van het station ( trein + bus). Met de auto is de accommodatie uitstekend bereikbaar, op korte afstand van het Juliana plein, waar de A7 en de A28 elkaar kruisen. Gratis parkeren op eigen terrein.
